CLOT founder Edison Chen offered up a teaser of a Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke he created last summer, but never completed the deal and we’re left wondering what the ‘ajf-1’ dubrae really means. EDC was back in NYC recently and created along with a customized Destroyer jacket these new AF1 Bespokes, both of which we have plenty of photos detailing. The first pair goes for a super clean all-cork upper with the gum sole taking on a tonal look and yellow laces matching the leather sockliner. The other pair is quite a bit more frenetic, keeping cork on its Swooshes but the rest is a compilation of two types of denims, a crazy textured leather and another leather with zebra-like diagonal striping giving way to a ponyhair zebra tongue. They’re both better appreciated in photos, so click through to see more and hit up 21 Mercer to schedule your appointment for the Air Force 1 Bespoke experience.
