New York City is the sneaker capital of the world, a tourist destination with nearly as many sick boutiques as iconic landmarks. Somewhere in the middle is this new Nike SB Dunk High ‘Statue of Liberty’ in green leather to match Lady Liberty’s patina-covered copper build. In one preview it seemed that this leather was done similarly to the Slam City SB Dunk Low and a few others with wear-away layering but these new pics seem to suggest a more traditional material. In any case a green leather hightop is sure to attract plenty of attention as February’s Quickstrike Dunk SB so click through for more and stick with Sneaker News for word on the release date. via N-SB
