The level of quality is slowly reaching the demand, and Sweet and Saucy of Long Beach, CA, has recently documented the step-by-step process into constructing one of these sweet sneaker treats. Starting off with your basic chocolate cake layered with assorted frostings, the sneaker starts to take shape after it is covered in white fondant. The final result is the Air Jordan XI Concord, complete with upper details like the lace straps, Jordan Jumpman label on the tongue, the traction ridges on the outsole, and the Jumpman on the upper ankle.
