The recent ‘Statue of Libery’ Quickstrike of the Nike SB Dunk High is unlike any other sneaker we’ve seen because it changes form (but not function) over time. The standout feature of this tonal-green SB Dunk High is that the outermost layer slowly starts to fade away, revealing a second bronze/rust layer mimicking the aging qualities of the Statue of Liberty. Joe Lanenga of Premier Skateshop in Michigan recently took these babies out for a spin, and after one quick lap, the ‘rust’ was already starting to show! It certainly gives the shoes a unique look, so skate around in ’em to create your own ‘custom’ pair. Still don’t have them? Grab a pair now on eBay.
