Shoes like the Nike Air Footscape and Nike Presto are widely popular in Japan. Similar to the way peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were created, the Nike Air Footscape 2 Presto is just a combination of those two quirky yet classic Nike Running icons. It’s got a Presto upper with a Footscape lacing system and footbed that meshes both Presto and Footscape to a tee. A true hybrid at its finest, the Nike Air Footscape 2 Retro is certainly one of those targeted designs, as this sample was actually for the Japanese market. Still an interesting design, especially with the electric zig-zag graphic on the upper, so check ‘em out below and cop this rare sample now from rbkhater on eBay.

In the video, Kanye is seen rocking a pair of the Air Jordan III in the White/Cement colorway while delivering his rhymes (whilst floating in mid-air). The New York Yankees started their 2011 campaign with lefty Ace C.C. Sabathia taking the mound. Sabathia, one of the few Jordan Brand athletes in Major League Baseball, took the field with a Player Exclusive Cleat version of the Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’. This isn’t the first time he wore these cleated beauties, as he wore the Concords both in 2009 and in 2010. Will these be enough to give him the strength to bang out a quality outing and give the Yankees their first W of the season? Check out the extra shot of C.C.’s cleats as well a look at his last outing with the Concords (from 2009) after the jump and stay tuned to Sneaker News for more MLB Feet coverage throughout the 2011 season.

Nike SB tends to offer plenty of previews to get sneakerheads salivating about upcoming releases, but here’s a limited edition drop that came up out of nowhere. This new Nike SB Blazer High Quickstrike will hit retailers in April, a black suede design with purple accents offering that ‘Sacramento Kings Away’ look that even people in the California capital city can relate to, their team’s departure eminent. You could even extend the Kings connection to how Sacto fans are feeling about team owners the Maloof brothers, their purple Swooshes done in a snakeskin texture for a nice contrast. But sports analogies aside, these are sure to leave you happy upon purchase, the only catch being that the QS distinction has select Nike SB retailers like Premier offering them as an in-store only release.

Our readers just can’t get enough of the Air Jordan VII Bordeaux. Arguably the biggest Air Jordan Retro of the 2011 thus far (the White/Cement III, still alive in the Sneaker News March Madness OG Air Jordan Tournament, will dispute that), the Bordeaux VII has been a Retro release 19 years in the making. After Michael rocked ‘em in the ’92 All-Star Game, the Bordeaux VII were thrown back into the vault and kept quiet for nearly two decades, and it’s just ready to burst out this April when it will finally release for good. Of course, you can show off your pair a little earlier because these are available right now ahead of release date from hot_sella_shop on eBay.
