Mike Bibby’s Air Jordan PEs have been a popular, ongoing topic here on Sneaker News. We’ve shown you a nice collection of his Player Exclusives, with the most recent being a used yet extremely rare pair of the Air Jordan IX Low. Equally as rare is this Air Jordan V Low, which Bibby was offered during his Sacramento Kings heyday. It features a white upper with a Court Purple trim on the inner lining and outsole, with his number 10 number stitched on the heel. The Air Jordan V Low was only released for women, but this PE is specifically a men’s for Bibby – no need to go up 1.5 sizes for him. Check out the extensive detailed gallery of this Air Jordan V Low Mike Bibby PE after the jump and test your auction skills by visiting this listing by markadim on eBay.

After easily handling the Air Jordan XII ‘Flu Game’ in the opening round of the Sneaker News March Madness OG Air Jordan Tournament, the Bordeaux VII, riding strong on the momentum of an upcoming Retro release, faced a formidable opponent in the round of sixteen. Unfortunately, the Air Jordan VII Bordeaux was unable to overcome the Air Jordan IV ‘White/Cement’, but coming in second to that iconic shoe is nothing to frown at. Despite the Bordeaux not going further in our tournament, they’re still one of the best Jordans of all time (Top 16 at the very least), and the upcoming release should definitely boost that status because let’s face it – not many people own an OG pair. If you’re looking for a true original, look no further, because we found one for you for purchase from poofyo101jumpmansneakers on eBay.

St. Louis-based hip-hop artist Nelly was up North in Canada over the past weekend as part of the search for Mis Apple Bottoms 2011, a talent/model search for Apple Bottoms, his women’s line of clothing. A new spokeswoman is crowned every year for the apparel line (simply genius), and during the Canadian stop in his search, Nelly was wearing the Air Jordan XIII in the White/Varsity Red-Black colorway, matching the classic on-field St. Louis Cardinals fitted cap. Nelly is another regular in our Celebrity Feet features, as he’s been spotted in an assortment of sneakers, like the Nike LeBron 8 and Air Jordan Alpha 1. Check out Nelly and his sneakers below and let us know what you think!

Michael Jordan’s ‘Black Cat’ moniker is certainly a recognizable one because Tinker Hatfield, when designing the Air Jordan XIII, likened Michael to a fierce black panther when conceptualizing the design of the shoe – and he wasn’t even aware of Michael’s ‘Black Cat’ nickname. We’ve seen the ‘Black Cat’ come alive in Air Jordan silhouettes like the Air Jordan III and Air Jordan IV, and the same can be seen in the Black/Dark Charcoal colorway of the Air Jordan 2011. Dwyane Wade debuted this colorway during a late-January match-up between the Miami Heat and New York Knicks, and Jordan fans instantly hailed this colorway as one of the best of the 2011 flagship. With a black patent leather used for the upper molded/pressed leather and a translucent outsole, this Air Jordan 2011 screams classic Air Jordan beauty. These are slated to release this Saturday, April 2nd, but you can grab one now from ice-sole on eBay.

Last week, Sneaker News showed you a run of Nike Zoom Hyperfuse 2011s in tonal colorways slated to drop during the fourth quarter. Could the above pictured pair be joining those Supreme-level releases? This new purple pair features that same tonal upper/grey sole combo and these new images give us a better appreciation for the upper’s satiny texture. This model is sure to draw its fair share of ‘Eggplant’ comparisons, but unlike any of those Foamposite releases, this Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 features a unique tessellated pattern across the toe. Click through for more, let us know how these compare to the other colorways we’ve seen so far and be sure to check back with us for updates including the Hyperfuse 2011 release dates. via Sneaker Diaries

As strong a reminder of the middle ’90s as its Uptempo peers from Nike Basketball, the Nike Air Trainer Max2 ’94 is about to see another round of retro releases. These joints last dropped back in a 2006-07 run but you’ll notice that this white/black/red pair differs from a similar ’06 edition we saw a short while back in the Sneaker News WDYWT feature. The earlier version featured a red underlay and side panel Swoosh, but this newer model swaps those for black, which tones down the aggression ever so slightly. Click through to see more and look for these soon at select Nike Sportswear dealers, or grab yours today from smt_footwear on eBay.

Nike iD is a dream for those who wish to customize shoes, but lack the necessary tools and handiwork to complete a project. We’ve seen a ton of great Nike iD concepts over the years, and some have taken their iD’s a step further to create an even more personalized pair of kicks. For example, one Air Max 1 fan used Nike iD to customize a pair of Air Max 1′Heinekens’, and then took it a step further by adding some extra accents like a red star patch on the heel and a bottle-cap on the tongue. That Air Max 1 iD Custom (redundant?) took the top spot in one of our Best of WDYWT votes, and maybe these new Nike iD Customs has what it takes to follow suit. Check out this Nike Air Max 1 iD Custom inspired by the Nike Zoom Kobe V ‘Throw it Down, Shannon Brown’ that Brown wore during the 2010 NBA Dunk Contest. It features a white and grey upper with a hot red inner lining and translucent green outsole, with a re-painted blue midsole to match the Kobe V. Mizzeecustoms is known for his complete transformations of shoes, but he shows us here that even the most subtle changes can make huge differences. Check out the gallery below and let us know what you think.

Whenever a Player Exclusive colorway of a signature shoe surfaces, you already know it’ll be accompanied by it’s opposite version. Take for example the Nike LeBron 8 V/2 Miami Heat Home PE we showed you not long ago; the white upper with red/yellow trim was debuted by Mr. James just last week, and it didn’t take long for him to break out the ‘Away’ version, which featured similar color-blocking, but with an out-of-town Black. Those PE colorways aren’t set to release so getting your hands on a pair isn’t an easy task, unless you go by the name of DJ Clark Kent and get all the Nike goodies you want. Here’s another look at the latest Away PE of the LeBron 8 V/2. The 3M-reflective lace placket is a nice touch to the already sweet colorway of black/red/yellow/white, but it would be even nicer if these hit stores. More pics await you below so take a look and let us know what you think. Additional images via NK.

Flo Rida was in Las Vegas at the Paris Hotel this last Friday eating out at the Sugar Factory American Brasserie with a friend and later performing at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens. Flo Rida had on a pair of brand new Air Jordan VII Retro’s that were released over the weekend – the new White and Orion Blue colorway – to match his t-shirt and Florida Marlins New Erap 59FIFTY fitted cap. While his Jordans were certainly fresh, he wasn’t the first celebrity we spotted wearing these as Drake and Chris Brown have both been photographed wearing them weeks prior. Check out Flo Rida after the jump and let us know what you think.

The Jordan CMFT Series continues in April 2011 with the release of the first colorway of the Jordan CMFT Viz Air 13, combining Air Max 1 concepts with the iconic Air Jordan XIII shoe that Michael Jordan wore during his final season as a Chicago Bull. The Black/Sport Red-White colorway featured a black patent leather and nylon upper with a red inner lining and translucent outsole. The sleek, redesigned midsole is highlighted with pure white to contrast the black/red combination on the upper. Can’t go wrong with quintessential Bulls color-ups, so check out the extra images below and pick up a pair of these April 9th releases a bit early from Extra Butter or on eBay.
