Japanese designer Sak crafted an immaculate pack of Converse Star Tech hightops last year, their premium leather construction fetching $600 for the mere 64 pairs of each colorway. That’s a tough price to stomach for most, but luckily the One Star has brought this model back in its original form for those of us not lucky enough to get one of those pairs. Check out these two new Star Techs in the classic basketball design that’s closer to, say, the Weapon ’86 than a leather Chuck Taylor All Star. This new duo has the look of a Paul Bunyan Trophy showdown, their colorways split between a navy/gold Michigan look with green/white echoing their cross-state rivals at Sparty. Click through to get a better look and grab one or both pairs today from Size?.
