Kanye West surprises us once again with the public debut of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 while performing the closer to this years Coachella. We previous saw just a glimpse of the Air Yeezy 2 in Nike/Kobe Bryant short film/commercial The Black Mamba. Just hours ago, Kanye gave the awaiting world the best view of the latest Yeezy yet during his performance but those watching live on youtube only saw them through the grainy live stream, and even those in attendance only had a distance view. Sneaker News will start digging up more photos once they are available so stick with us for the latest.

It seems Kanye is taking on all modes of footwear; the Yeezy one (which I am a proud owner of) was an amalgamation of basket ball shoes, n this next project seems to be focused on a tribute to famed Nike Trainers, if there is a Yeezy 3 I guarantee you it will have some type of Air Max tooling and be a combination of old runners

Why do people get so hype about these? I'm not a person to bring you down but I don't see what is so special. I love Jordans, and always will. A pair of Air Yeezy's don't really do it for me…maybe if they were a bit more nicer and had more concept to em I'd consider a pair, but even the price won't do it for me. I don't need to buy things to, "Fit in" the crowd. I buy things to stand out. Expensive shoes like this* don't even fall in my book. I'll pass.
