Nike Zoom Hyperfuse Andre Iguodala Home Playoff PE

Take a close look at these, because you likely won’t be seeing them on the NBA Playoff hardwood for too much longer.  Though his Philadelphia 76ers were able to squeeze out a game 4 win, the Miami Heat still hold a commanding 3-1 lead and it’ll take three strong performances from Sixers swingman Andre Iguodala if Philly is to have any chance.  And whether or not PHL’s latest ‘AI’ can catalyze a huge first round upset, Iguodala’s Nike Zoom Hyperfuse PEs can hold up to the pressure.  This home playoff player exclusive colorway is white with a red underlay to match the midsoles plus blue branding including an ‘AI7′ graphic on the lateral ankles.  Click through to see more and stick with Sneaker News for the latest Nike Basketball PEs and NBA Feet.

Nike SB Dunk High Brown Pebbled Leather

Nike SB has been reaching back to its decade old roots this year with several familiar colorways transferred to new models and a return to a more traditional tone.  Here’s a model that has the look of a silver box classic, the Nike SB Dunk High in a unique pebbled leather.  The combination of heavy tumbling and an earthy colorway results in a Below the Line release during Q4 that’ll have sneakerheads running to cop the latest in-store exclusive.  Click through for more and let us know how these compare to the other Dunk High SBs we’ve seen in 2011.  via N-SB

NBA Feet: 2011 Playoffs Round 1 Part 4

Four games into Round 1, and the picture depicting the NBA Champions are a bit more clear. For one, it’s not orange and blue, thanks to a four-game sweep at the hands of the Boston Celtics. Carmelo debuted the ‘Home’ colorway of the Jordan Melo M7 Advance, Amare Stoudemire finally revealed a new PE of the Zoom Huarache TR Mid in a blazing orange and white colorway, and Jermaine O’neal wore a Black/Green colorway of the Nike Hypershox 2011. Is the championship picture White, Red, and Yellow? It could be, but the Sixers avoided their own 0-4 sweep by winning Game 4, giving us at least one more opportunity to get a look at the LeBron 8 P.S. Black/Sport Red and D-Wade’s Jordan Fly Wade in the Away PE version. Atlanta got closer to pulling off an upset, as the Hawks took a 3-1 lead in their series with Orlando. The sneaker highlights included Gilbert Arenas’ Nike Air Go LWP, Q-Rich’s Jordan Play In These PE, and Joe Johnson’s Jordan Prime 5. The Bulls still hold a strong 3-1 lead, but an injury to Derrick Rose paired with the Pacers intensified play could change that series.

Out West, Zach Randolph proved that he was worth every penny by hitting a key three-pointer at the end of the game to give the 8-seed Grizzlies a surprising 2-1 lead against the San Antonio Spurs. Kevin Durant, who had been wearing the Zoom KD III ‘POP’ for the first two games, sported a new colorway of the Zoom KD III en route to a win in Game against the Nuggets. One of the more interesting match-ups has been the Blazers/Mavericks series, currently tied at two games a piece; LaMarcus Aldridge wore the Silver/Red PE colorway of the Air Max Hyperdunk 2010, but we should see the second Playoff version soon. The Lakers/Hornets match-up has been a good one as well, and so have the sneakers! We got a look at a new PE colorway of the Nike Hyperfuse 2011 on Lamar Odom as well as a Jordan CP3.IV Home PE. The First Round of the Playoffs are at a halfway point so check out the full recap of the games from the last three nights below! via Yahoo!.

Nike Air Foamposite Pro Retro Black

The Foamposite madness continues in 2011 with the release of the Retro/Black colorway, one that Sneaker News previewed earlier this year. The ‘Retro’ color pigment can be described as a sparkling teal blue tone that takes on a cool, liquid-like form thanks to the flowing lines of the Foamposite upper. Like the Electric Green Foamposite Pro that released earlier this year, these are an instant eye-catcher that’ll surely break some necks on the streets from well-versed sneakerheads and the average layperson, and given the huge success of the LeBron 8 South Beach (rising in re-sale value every week), these might be a great substitution if you weren’t able to get a pair – just slap on some hot pink laces. We’ve got a detailed look below so take a look and stick wtih Sneaker News for more updates and information regarding these and all other 2011 Foamposite releases. via kicks-lab.

Air Jordan V Quai 54

The Jordan Brand Quai 54 basketball tournament is an annual event, showcasing the world’s best streetball squads in a 16-team tournament. Last year’s festivities included a dunk contest judged by Chris Paul, live music by Fat Joe, and of course, the Air Jordan IX and Jordan Team ISO in a great White/Yellow/Dark Green colorway theme. For the Jordan Brand Quai 54 Tournament in 2011, the Air Jordan V takes center stage, revealing this year’s event theme colorway of White, Black, and Radiant Green. The white upper features tumbled leather, while the midsole features a classic combination of black and speckled metallic silver sitting above a translucent green outsole. The Quai 54 logo is also stitched on the heel, with radiant green accents on the lace eyelets. These are likely to be a limited release like the Air Jordan IX Quai 54 was, so stick with Sneaker News for more information regarding this upcoming release. via air-randy.

Nike Air Force 1 Low White Birthday Cake

We’ve shown you all different types of cakes inspired by various sneakers that have released over the years, but here’s a look at the ultimate sneakerhead shoe – the perennial Nike Sportswear bestseller all-white Nike Air Force 1. For some sneakerheads, the All-white Air Force 1 is a taste that has yet to be acquired (nor will it ever be), but for the general public, the Air Force 1 silhouette combined with the clean, all-white look, has been a working formula for years and years. This sneaker birthday cake, made by Aimee Mobus of Lewiston, NY, features the same all-white tonal upper with the silver lace dubrae for the added touch of authenticity, and the attention to detail in the toe perforations, stitch-lines, and the tooling on the upper is rather impressive. Tiffany Tyran had this special cake made for her beau Scott on his special day and although this isn’t the first all-white AF1 cake we’ve seen, it should’ve made an already awesome day even better! Take a better look below and let us know what you think of this latest sneaker cake.

Nike Air Max 360 BB Low Rajon Rondo PE

Rajon Rondo remains one of the NBA’s most underrated stars, but Nike Basketball clearly recognizes the Boston Celtics point guard’s brilliant play.  Rondo was chosen to debut the Zoom Hyperfuse during last year’s NBA Playoffs and was among the initial group to rock the Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 sequel this year, and here’s a look at a new player exclusive colorway of the model he wore during the 2011 All-Star Game.  The Nike Air Max 360 BB Low is pictured above in the Cs’ modern mix of green, black and white with Rondo’s ’9′ coming in on the tongue tag area.  Click through for more, let us know how these compare to other Rajon Rondo PEs and stick with Sneaker News for word on a possible US retail release.  via HK-Kicks
