Now up 3-0 in their first round match-up with the Philadelphia 76ers, the Miami Heat are one step closer to Championship glory. Jordan Brand athleteDwyane Wade, the unofficial leader of the Big Three (and head orchestrator of bringing in LeBron and Bosh), exploded for 32 points and 8 assists while wearing this sweet new PE colorway of the Air Jordan Fly Wade. It features a black upper with a red secondary trim, yellow accents, and an eye-catching translucent outsole. These are similar to an upcoming Air Jordan Fly Wade colorway we showed you not long ago, so perhaps Wade was sporting an upcoming GR and not a PE. Check out an additional shot below as well as a few in-game shots of Wade and his Fly Wades and let us know what you think!

The Cleveland Browns had just as much of a chance as the Cleveland Cavaliers at acquiring LeBron James last offseason. But how would LeBron have fared on the gridiron? At 6’8″ and 260 lbs., he’d be an outside linebackers nightmare. Here’s a look at a rare promo sample of the Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier III in Cleat form; it features a white/black upper with a cleated outsole in case LeBron wanted to ditch the hardwood and go for a Lombardi trophy instead. Thankfully, LeBron kept his talents in the NBA (while relocating), but these Zoom Soldier III Cleats are still a rare gem for Nike LeBron collectors. We’ve got an extra gallery of images for you below so take a look at snag this rare pair from sole_supreme on eBay.

One of the best parts about 2011′s Air Jordan III Retro ‘White Cement’ was the inclusion of an OG-style Elephant print box. And from the looks of these new photos of the ‘True Blue’ Air Jordan 3s, it’s a safe bet that this holiday’s ‘Black Cement’ joints will come with the same packaging. But while those are over eight months off, the True Blues are set to light the summer on fire with their classic, subtly patriotic colorway. Unlike the 2009 international-only release, these joints will be available at US retailers too, but there’s still an advantage to being elsewhere this time around, as Japanese retailers like Kinetics will see theirs drop next Saturday, April 23rd. Click through to see more images and let us know if you’ll try to grab yours early, or complete the deed by copping a pair now on eBay.

Despite the wide variety of colorways released and available for customization on NIKEiD, Kobe Bryant’s latest signature sneaker can’t compete version-for-version with LeBron James’ current line. But on the other hand, Bryant has it over James hands-down in terms of lifestyle-oriented designs, where the Nike Zoom KB 24 stands alone. A street savvy take on the Zoom Kobe VI, this lowtop is something like the ZK6 with an almost Air Force 25-style sole, the above pictured black, purple and green colorway offering an iridescent look that might be the most reptilian of all of this year’s Kobe Bryant Nikes. Skate sneaker fans are eagerly awaiting more details about Paul Rodriguez’ fifth Nike SB signature, but that doesn’t mean his current model doesn’t have more tricks up its sleeve. Check out this new Nike SB P-Rod 4 in white leather with Lucid Green accents, a model you might feel like came out of left field since we’ve seen so many other different colorways and models from the P-Rod line since we first previewed these last October. Those early images belied the ‘South Beach’ potential of this model, but you could certainly argue for the Miami inspiration based on these new shots. Click through to see more, let us know what you think and check for these at select Nike SB accounts including Flatspot.

Lee Hsueh Lin is sometimes called the ‘Iverson of Taiwan’, but unlike the Answer, Lin is signed with Nike Basketball. A couple weeks back, Sneaker News brought you a look at a dope Nike Zoom Hyperfuse Low PE he wore that apparently demonstrates the Super Basketball League’s lack of an NBA-style dress code. Most US basketball fans probably don’t recognize him as a household name, but you’ll soon have the chance to rock a similar Zoom Hyperfuse Low when this Photo Blue edition hits retailers shortly. This pair adds Chlorine Blue accents for a look that’s perfect for summer with its ‘day at the beach’ vibe and are available now at Stateside retailers like Eastbay.

The latest Nike Air Max 90 for women features a look well suited to the warm weather months, due in large part to its inclusion of an accent shade that’s not brand new but certainly hasn’t had its fair share of time in the sun yet. These new Ninetys are done mostly in the off-white Sail shade but add a springy boost courtesy of Citrine Yellow, with a little Mineral Blue on the laces for an end result that looks like a sunny day at the beach. Click through to see more of this upcoming Nike Sportswear drop and if you wanna grab a pair before they see a wider release, get yours now from Kicks-Crew.

If there was anything in nature called an ‘un-pearl’, this is exactly how it’d look. The newest Nike Air Force 1 Foamposite takes on a look somewhat similar to the popular Air Foamposite Pro colorway, but only if you excluded the opalescent quality from their milky white molded uppers. This new model was something of a surprise to join the Nike Sportswear ‘White Pack’, but it might very well be the collection’s best seller, a can’t miss twist on the all-white summer sneaker That should be out at US NSW accounts very soon. Nike Harajuku just got theirs, so click through to get a better view, and stick with Sneaker News for updates on the US release date or go ahead and pick up a pair early now on eBay.

The Nike Hachi one killer of a (literally translated) ‘bee’, just ask fans of the Toki chukka model it’s replacing on the Nike Sportswear roster. The Hachi is based on the classic Nike Sting runner, which seems fitting with its attention grabbing Quickstrike colorways coming through in late spring as one of the most surprising attention-grabbers of the season. You’ve got your choice of Team Orange and Victory Green or Dirty Blue with Blue Crystal, both in a old school running mix of suede and nylon, and both of which feature a neat honeycomb pattern on the toe of their vulcanized soles. These honeys just hit NSW’s 21 Mercer flagship store in New York so click through to see more and let us know if you plan to keep a pair in your rotation.

When you’re a sneakerhead on the diamond or the gridiron, it’s tough to wear your most prized heat. For one, you can’t run (efficiently) on dirt or grass on an Air Jordan III outsole, and two, who would you want to get your kicks muddy? Over the years, we’ve seen some of our favorite pro-athletes, outed as sneakerheads, wear some sick Air Jordan PE Cleats on the field; guys like the hulking Warren Sapp and speedy Randy Moss have been known to rock some awesome cleats on the football field, while more prominent Jordan Brand athletes like Derek Jeter have had their share of on-field gems. Complex.com has compiled a nice list of pro athletes wearing Air Jordan Cleats, so take a look at a sampling below and head on over to Complex for the entire feature. Who rocked the best cleats? Let us know.
