The ‘Brown Kelp’ Nike Air Max 1 has been a big hit this spring with its neutral colorway a suitable match to a variety of fits, but let’s not forget about the other model that was released alongside. This ‘Honeycomb’ Air Max 1 has the same material and colorblocking patterns including white on the Swooshes and midsoles, but this pair goes for a Blue Spark outsole to finish off the energetic look. These released around the same time as the Brown Kelp pair but have been difficult to find in many places, so if you’re still lookin’ for a pair, grab yours today from RMK or on eBay.

Michael’s ’96-’97 season was filled with accomplishments, so if this upcoming Black patent leather colorway was in fact an OG (in Mid form), a ‘nickname’ of some sort would definitely be attributed to it. Here’s a new detailed look at the upcoming Air Jordan XII Low in Black/Varsity Red; it features a patent leather mudguard – a definite first for the Air Jordan XII – and perforated upper panels – first on the Air Jordan XII ‘Rising Sun’. Finishing off the colorway is the varsity red Jumpman insignia on the tongue and forefoot outsole and a white TWO 3 detail on the tongue. Continue reading for another viewing and stick with Sneaker News for more information regarding this upcoming Jordan release. via kicks-lab.

Springtime means many people begin running outdoors again after a dreary winter and what better way to welcome the warm weather than with a shoe that came along during the initial fitness craze and Nike Running’s rise to dominance. The Nike Air Pegasus ’92 has that quintessentially ‘retro’ feel thanks to its distinct lines and these two new early-’90s-feeling colorways. A Sail/Matte Silver edition with Crimson on the mesh underlay will hit retailers soon and the Photo Blue/Circuit Orange pair has just dropped, so click through to see more and grab yours today from NikeStore.

The Nike Air Maxim 1 has been a bit quiet lately, and since the Nike Air Attack Pack releases of Summer 2010, we haven’t seen much from the retooled AM1 in terms of releases. Here’s a look at two upcoming colorways of the Air Maxim 1; the first features a tonal royal blue upper with a tri-color outsole (grey on the heel, beige on the toe) while the second tonal-black version features a light beige tone as well as a muted purple pigment on the forefoot. One clear change from last year’s version is the redone outsole traction, which no longer features the classic Air Max 1 traction pattern, but a more contemporary design with an enhanced pivot point. What would happen if, instead of having been designed as the high-performance base for Michael Jordan’s second slam dunk contest win and 1987-88 NBA MVP campaign, the Air Jordan III was intended as a lifestyle sneaker? It might look something like this, the Air Jordan C Series in a white/black/Cement Grey colorway that first appeared on that legendary model. These feature the same AJ3-style midsole as the Flight TR ’97, but this pair offers a nod to the AJIV as well with its speckled sections. There’s also a bit of the Melo M7 and Take Flight courtesy of the columnar perforations along the side panels, so if you’re looking for a nice mix of old and new in a modern lifestyle-oriented design, grab a pair of Jordan C Series today from FinishLine.

Michael Jordan came back from retirement wearing the Air Jordan X, but that Air Jordan tenure was short lived as Michael decided on prematurely debuting the Air Jordan XI during the second round of the 1995 NBA Playoffs. The Air Jordan X is still one of the more popular Air Jordan models around, and so the debut of the Jordan CMFT Air Max 10 – a modified Air Jordan X upper with an Air Max 97-inspired bottom end – was very pleasing to those who missed out on the Air Jordan X during the OG release as well as the 2005 Retro. This new colorway of Black/Neutral Grey-White is simple enough to be enjoyed by all, using a tonal black upper and a white/grey outsole with black-grey gradient lace-straps. Nikestore just stocked these so take another look below and don’t miss out on this early arrival.

Pulling off two three-peats in a career is nothing short of a phenomenon, and Kobe Bryant is aiming to do just that. However, if he does in fact complete the feat, he won’t be wearing the Nike Zoom Kobe Venomenon while doing so. Here’s a look at the White/Metallic Silver-Black-Concord colorway of this takedown Zoom Kobe shoe; this particular version features a leather upper with the snake-skin graphic at the forefoot and a black midsole and heel-cup. The Zoom Kobe Venomenon releases exclusively in Asia (they’re crazy about the Black Mamba over there) but you can cop a pair from RMKstore if you need a pair!

The adidas Pro Model 2010 was a key team sneaker for Three Stripes-sponsored NCAA basketball teams this past season, and while the annual tournament and its beloved bracket have been completed for weeks now, there’s still a bit of Madness in the air. Check out the adidas Pro Madness, an updated take on the Pro Model series that adds a Superstar-alluding shell toe to its design that moves the Stripes from side panels to heels in favor of a mesh upper that’s similar to the SprintSkin material used on Derrick Rose and Dwight Howard’s signatures. These three simple colorways are perfect for matching your team’s uniforms, so click through to see more and look for these at select adidas Basketball retailers soon; the Phillippines’ SoleMovement just got theirs.

Its design can be seen as similar to the upcoming Fly Wade but we saw a Jordan Brand athlete ‘Play in These’ even before Dwyane Wade’s signature sneaker debuted on the NBA hardwood. Orlando Magic swingman Quentin Richardson broke out a pair of Air Jordan PITs over the weekend, this CQ version something like the ‘Quick’ answer to Q-Rich’s ‘explosive’ PIT Fs. These two new Play in These Quick colorways are as simple as it gets, one echoing the ‘Concord’ Air Jordan XI with its white and black patent leather look plus icey outsole while the other uses nubuck and leather on its classic Bred palette. Click through for a closer look at both pairs and grab yours today from select JB retailers like FinishLine.

The James Bond for David Beckham x adidas Originals by Originals collection has offered a variety of lifestyle-oriented takes on classic Three Stripes models, perhaps none better fitting this description than the above pictured model. The David Beckham x adidas Originals ZX 800 DB is back with a duo of new colorways for late 2011, each featuring a clean two-toned upper atop a white/black sole. One keeps this simplest of all palettes on its suede and mesh uppers while the other swaps out black for a rich crimson. Click through for more shots of both pairs and stick with Sneaker News for word on their release dates. via HS
