Despite making an early exit from the 2011 Playoffs, there’s no doubt that Amare Stoudemire re-invigorated the city of New York with his MVP-level of play throughout the season. Another notable STAT sub-story was regarding his sneakers – the Zoom Huarache TR Mid PE to be precise. Apparently he’s taken a quick allegiance to the New York Yankees upon his arrival to the Big Apple based on his zip-up hoodie.
