Luxurious strokes of artistry by way of laser etching sitting atop a rugged outsole featuring a dark grey and white speckled sidewall. How’s that for an interesting pairing? The Nike Air Talaria is one of the shoes that has garnered a unique following over the years with some industry folks calling it one of their favorite Nike shoes ever (Jesse Leyva, Footwear Design Director of NSW named it one of his 50 favorite) and serving as the inspiration for one of the best Nike ACG releases in years (the Lunar MacLeay). Sneaker News reported the unprecedented release of two new colorways of the Nike Air Talaria Boot just over a week ago, and despite the report receiving zero responses from our readers, we’re certain it’ll be a coveted shoe from that particular group of sneakerheads that treasure these types of releases. These sick colorways that only the Talaria can uphold will be released at select Japanese retailers on May 14th, so check out the new images below and stick with Sneaker News for a possible stateside release. via mita.

I want both..when you wear Talarias ppl have no clue what they are and get mad props from ppl.
BUT…if these are only euro or asia only dont even bring them to our attention. Dont be another shoe like so many dope shoes that never reach the states. I still havent figured out why NIKE disses their hometown ppl.

I figure the reason could be revenue…..as far as overall production costs, it's "easy" for Nike to take a certain release, make em in one of their Asian factories, and only distribute the shoe to Japan/Korea/China, vice shipping tons of the shoes to every corner of the planet. Only a guess, and I know Nike's got the money to NOT do that, but they're a rich company for a reason…..we know quality's gone down the drain, so if they'll cut back on that, why not cut back on shipping costs too………just a guess but it seems reasonable to me.
