Jay-Z has a thing for the Air Jordan III Black/Cement because here is, spotted once again in these Jordans. Jay-Z was a live performer at the Adult Swim Upfront 2011 Event at Roseland Ballroom in New York City, and he showed up wearing his trademark threads – a black t-shirt, a Yankees fitted, and the CDP IIIs.
