Jordan Fly 23

Earlier this year, Sneaker News showed you the Jordan Fly 23, a new Jordan Brand performance footwear model that would serve as one of the pillars of the Jordan Brand Fall and Holiday 2011 Collection. It resurfaces once again and this second look reveals a noticeable similarity to the Jordan Fly Wade, Dwyane Wade’s first signature shoe with Jordan Brand that released in late April. The midsole/cushioning units are identical, and you can easily conclude that the design concept for both the Fly Wade and Fly 23 originated at a similar point. Is the Fly 23 Dwyane Wade’s second signature shoe, a secondary model to the Fly Wade, or an independent design? Let us know what you think of the On-Feet images of this Black/Metallic Silver colorway and check below for a preview of six other colorways that are set for a release, and be sure to stick with Sneaker News for more information on the Jordan Fly 23 as it develops. via NT.

  2. dopeman2978 Says:

so far i like what im seeing! not saying its hot, but i do like what im seeing in the "black" model. translucent sole, looks like carbon fiber-ish material or stitching pattern. yea more pics please before i say pass or epic fail

  3. zach m Says:

the jumpman placement, and the design elements around the jumpman that are dependent on the mudguard(and the mudguard is similar in dimensions) has me concluding it's a secondary model. it's like a post season version of the fly wade. even though the fly wade seems like a post season version of the jordan 2011.

  4. colin Says:

wow lot clearner look than the fly wades, i'm likin those

  5. CapnJack22 Says:

Ok these aren't as hot as the AJ 2011. But, wow, DWade should've slapped Gentry Humphrey in the eye socket after seeing the Fly Wade then seeing these.

  6. @GtheSneakerGeek Says:

Looks like the "Dream Season" or "Make Sense"-style takedown model for Wade. Even if we see them in the states, their still most likely a takedown model. That material on the top doesnt look like it's gonna be as breathable as the vents on the Fly Wade.

  7. Dallas214 Says:

    hes finally wearing ugly shoes

  8. shyboy Says:

  10. jadams12 Says:

  11. @donadamsky Says:

so now that d-wade got his own line, who's gon wear the 2012s ? (i mean they are JB's next flagship model)

  12. @23Redman Says:

  13. pmmazz Says:

    these are nicer….

  14. Sneaky_Feet Says:

A perforated version & a flywire(?) version just like James.

  15. Justin Says:

they need to put some fly gucci patterns on the middle part

  16. Jerronimo Says:

Looks look much better. I still would not buy them tho. Sorry WADE.

  17. @SlingSlong Says:

What ever happend to the originality of Jordan's? These look too much like Fly Wade's. I'll stick to my retros and some hybrids like the Spiz'ike and Six Rings.

  18. Michael Says:

Jesus Christ. STOP POSTING PICS WITH SOME FAT LEG SHOWING THE SHOE. Only thing legs look good in Jordans, not fat fucks that suck at basketball. Kthxbye.
