The NBA Finals is the grandest stage in professional basketball and a dream come true for marketing execs – especially in the footwear world. The championship series is a great way to push a particular sneaker by fashioning it in some snazzy colors, like Kobe Bryant’s ‘Big Stage’ Kobe V from 2010. Or when considering Michael Jordan, any one of the six sneakers he wore have created even more buzz around the shoe.
