Wale’s mini-tour with newly affiliated Mayback Music Group continued last week when Wale performed live with Rick Ross, Pill, and Meek Mill last week for a taping of Jimmy Kimmel Live. Wale wore the upcoming Air Jordan III ‘True Blue’ Retro to match the newly designed Washington Wizards jersey, and you might even remember Michael Jordan himself rocking the TB III while wearing the Wizards alternate red/white/blue. This sneaker sighting is somewhat of an anomaly for Wale, as the D.C.-based rapper typically wears sneakers long before a release, but we commend him on wearing ‘em anyway (the Air Jordan III is one of Wale’s favorites).
