It was just yesterday that Sneaker News showed you a look at three upcoming Nike Air Max 1 Hyperfuse colorways slated to hit retailers next month, but given the relative lack of previews considering their fast approaching drop date, how about a closer look? Especially for fans of this quarter-century old classic, it’s hard to even imagine improving upon the Air Max 1′s impeccable design, but it’s hard to argue with the addition of ‘lighter’ and ‘more breathable’ to its extensive resume. It’s worth noting that NSW didn’t capitalize on one of the AM1s OG or otherwise classic colorways to debut this upgrade; will we come to appreciate these three on the level of the Varsity Red and Blue originals? Click through to see more angles and stick with Sneaker News for the Nike Air Max 1 Hyperfuse release date. via HB

How is it a gimmick?? Nike invented the Hyperfuse concept, and their main focus is to make shoes more light weight while pushing the bar…why wouldn't they promote the fuse??
June 5th, 2011 at 1:13 pm
yeah and you forgot their focus – to make shoe low cost and sell it with the same as leather one price

These are fine if you live in a warm or hot climate, but I cant imagine wearing these in the UK. Not to mention they look cheap as chips.
