A large portion of Nike Sportswear’s sneaker offerings are either retros or hybrids inspired by classic basketball sneakers, and while we see plenty of models like the Forum and Metro Attitude, adidas Originals releases considerably fewer classic basketball designs. Perhaps that will change in the future, and if so, consider the adidas Return of the Mac a harbinger of that shift. This design hearkens back to Tracy McGrady‘s 2002-03 signature, the T-Mac II, a model seen in a couple SVSM PE colorways during LeBron James’ senior year in high school. These two colorways keep with the Orlando style looks from back in the day, opting for one straight-up Magic look and another that’s perfect for summer in white/silver. Click through to see both pairs and look for these at select Three Stripes retailers. via SoleMovement.
