It doesn’t get nearly as much play as models like the Forum or Metro Attitude, but there’s one model in adidas Originals’ vaults that perfectly typifies the era in which those models were created. Both by name and design, the adidas Originals Decade Hi is a perfect representation of ’80s basketball, these three classic varsity-style colorways totally timeless with their two-toned getups. Can't go wrong with classics like these in simple colorways. I could see myself in the white/blue pair.

I'd rather put on some SB Kentucky's (with the same outfit you mentionned). Perfect look for the summer, indeed.

These murder any of the Nike retros nowadays. No pissy, fake "vintage" midsoles, real quality leather, simple, clean OG style…adidas doin' it right.
