How is it possible to have a wildly popular design that’s still something of a sleeper? How about sandwiching it between, on one side, two groundbreaking models whose original designs are still lusted after by sneakerhead purists, and on the other, a trio of models whose release concluded in championship rings. The Air Jordan V Retro might get forgotten between the immortal III, IV and VI-VII were it not such a timeless beauty. Proof of that is evident as soon as you look upon this 21 year-old OG colorway that adds Metallic Silver accents to a black base including a supple nubuck upper.
