Earlier today, we showed you how MizzeeCustoms has once again applied a familiar colorway from another Air Jordan Legacy model to the AJ6 silhouette, this latest model drawing on its immediate successor. The Air Jordan VI ‘Raptor’ is quite similar to the ‘Bordeaux’ pair he crafted around the time of that classic pair’s retro release this spring, an AJVI inspired by an AJVII colorway and executed quite well. Miz started with the ‘Lakers’ AJ6s from early last year, a wise choice with its black base and purple accent stitching. But like several others, Mizzee chose to completely remove the unique stitching on this pair in favor of a black-on-black look whose reflective 3M overlay gives the familiar Raptors a new feel.
