Sneaker News has observed a new flock of the previously endangered Nike Air Classic BW hitting retailers in Europe; will the Big Windows become the new Air Max Light in this regard? Perhaps American sneakerheads will appreciate this model born as the Air Max IV a little more when it’s not sitting on the shelf at your local Nike Sportswear account, this new all-black leather edition clearly of the quality worth importing. They come with a mix of ‘plain’, perforated and patent leathers for a nice depth that’s enhanced by metallic silver upper eyelets. Click through to see more angles and grab these from Britain’s JD Sports.

By now you all know the story of the Air Max, the revolutionary support system that Tinker Hatfield first dreamed up back in 1987. Well Tinker’s legacy is still going strong, culminating most recently in the Nike Air Max+ 2011, a lightweight runner with a Fuse upper that sits on a full length air sole. Fortunately, Nike Sportswear isn’t leaving the ladies behind with this new technology, dropping a hot new WMNS colorway in Legacy Red/Solar Red/Pro Platinum. The tonal pinks of this brand new Air Max go all the way down to the outsole and visible air bag that runs the length of the shoe. A pristine white lacing system breaks up the dominant colors on these to give them that extra fresh feel. Check out more images after the jump of this WMNS Nike Air Max+ 2011, available now at Nikestore.

Amidst all of the limited edition releases, crazy colorways, and collaborations, it’s easy to forget that Nike was first founded on the goal of making the ultimate running shoes. With that in mind, it’s good to know that they haven’t forgotten that goal, still pumping out pairs like the Nike Zoom Streak XC 3 Cross Country Shoe that were designed with dedicated runners in mind. This shoe comes with a lightweight one piece upper that is fully ventilated, a innovation that allows your feet to stay dry during all terrain cross country runs. The sole on these is a durable, lightweight foam, even boasting the signature waffle marks for traction that were Nike’s original mark on the footwear world. The bright color combos of the two Nike Zoom Streak XC 3′s shown here hearken back to 90′s era design with their popping colors and angular designs. Continue reading for an up close look at both, then head over to Nikestore to grab your pair.

Back in late February, Nike Sportswear unleashed what very well could be the single most unique pair of Terminators we’ve ever seen. The Nike WMNS Terminator High was issued in a rich Honeycomb tumbled leather and instead of a traditional sewn-on Swoosh, these joints went crazy and simply cut theirs from the side panels. The result was a model that leaves little about your choice of socks to the imagination, a motif replicated on these two new colorways pictured above. Crafted in Mineral Blue and Wolf Grey, respectively, these models make you realize that solid designs are almost always welcomed in a whole spectrum of palettes. Click through to see more angles and grab a pair today from Kicks-crew.

His fifth Nike SB signature sneaker set to drop next year, Paul Rodriguez can look back on his career and see that it took a massive upswing around the time of the release of his second. The P-Rod II was so popular upon its initial release that despite a newer Rodriguez pro model being on the shelves, the Nike SB P-Rod 2.5 was launched to capitalize on the respective momentum carried by the P-Rod II silhouette and vulcanized soles. This latest colorway keeps with the line’s generally clean look thanks to an Obsidian suede upper with Team Red and yellow accents, and you can see more images of it after the jump before you buy a pair at select Nike SB retailers like Flatspot.

Sports memorabilia is a multi-million dollar industry, with tiny pieces of cardboard selling for thousands. Here’s a look at a piece of Michael Jordan collectible history that is definitely worth more than its own weight in gold; this solid sterling silver Air Jordan 1 shoe was given to Michael as a gift from his wife for his 32nd birthday. It was created after Michael’s rookie shoe – the Air Jordan 1 – and just ten pieces exist, belonging to most serious collectors (and a few lucky others). This auction for the Air Jordan 1 Sterling Silver Shoe is extra special because it comes with an autographed ’94 Retro Air Jordan 1 shoe as well! Check out the images below and if you’re interested in purchasing (or curious about the asking price), check out the auction from eaglesflyby on eBay.

How can sneaker customizer JBF top his impressive Nike Blazer designs? How about turning to the Nike Dunk, a model he offered last year in two different lowtop carbon fiber designs. The above pictured model is considerably less technical in its approach, though texture plays a similarly significant role with lush purple suede giving way to a white-on-white flowery brocade. They even feature quilted sockliners for that extra added comfort befitting the regal design. Click through to see more of these ‘Geisha’ Dunk Highs and consider following JBF on Twitter, as he plans to offer a custom-custom (pick whatever design you like!) to his 1000th follower absolutely free of charge!

Any model compared to 1999′s legendary ‘Wu-Tang Clan’ Nike Dunk High is done so like a double-edged sword. One one hand, the similarity to an all-timer is flattering and can help to build interest, though some purists might be disappointed. So what say you on this new Dunk High in this reverse Varsity Maize and black getup we might refer to as ‘Un-Wu’ or perhaps ‘Uw-Tang’. No matter the name, this is a shoe that’ll draw looks from those in the know, not to mention the attention-grabbing appeal of the high-contrast colorway. Click though to see more and look for these at select Nike Sportswear retailers like Switzerland’s Titolo.

It had carried the torch for Nike’s Vac-Tech construction for nearly a year, but the Nike Air Royal Mid VT has raised the stakes to new heights in recent weeks with an impressively wide variety of new applications. The Lites give you a little Crocs flavor for the summer, the ripstop joints are tough as nails and the mesh edition finds itself right in the middle. We saw grey and red pairs a couple times last month, and now we can confirm a Varsity Royal pair joining the group. This new Air Royal Mid VT gives the classic blue shade new life thanks to the tonal depth gained by a white base layer; are they the best of the three we’ve seen so far? Click through to see more and stick with Sneaker News for updates including the US release date. via Dunk
