Performance-wise, there admittedly isn’t much to this unreleased Nike running sample. It’s got visible Max Air on the heel with ‘Nike Midfit’ comfort tech, with nylon and perforated uppers featuring a diamond stitch-pattern on the upper. Seems like your general running shoe made for the masses, but it’s got one unique design cue that we almost rarely, if not never, see on a Nike shoe. Check out the medial side of this sneaker and you’ll see Nike’s long-lived slogan ‘JUST DO IT’ printed on the upper; this type of detailing is reserved for t-shirts or graphic-heavy apparel, or maybe even insoles, but on a sneaker? Nike is one athletic outfitter that can produce a sneaker with minimal branding and still maintain a brand identity, so it’s strange to see Nike would even conjure this funky design up in the first place (then again, these didn’t release). Check out the images of this rare and unreleased Nike WMNS sample and check out the auction from identitiesrevealed on eBay.

Jordan Brand’s remastering of its classic models (the Air Jordan II to the Air Jordan 2.0, the AJ8 becoming the Air Jordan 8.0) was an idea that dates back to late 2009 when the Air Jordan Alpha 1 released. The Alpha 1 kept it true to the original design of the Air Jordan 1, and instead replaced the shoe with upgraded parts like a Phylon midsole, a lightweight and breathable mesh lining, seamless construction on portions of the upper. For Fall 2011, the Jordan Brand introduced the low-top version of the Alpha 1; this August release utilizes a tonal black motif with matte silver accents on the shoe. Finishline has these a bit early so head there to snag your pair.

Oreos? Nah, needs some speckles. Pandas? Not quite. In fact, lets just skip the nicknames this time around, as the clean black and white colorway on this Nike Air Force 1 Low speaks for itself. These are more than just your average white on white Uptowns with a bit of black thrown in though, check out the tumbled look on the leather of the toecap and heel section. This offering of Nike Sportswear strays from the traditionally blinding summer palettes, going for a more refined look that still maintains the summer time sheen of a clean white shoe. Hit the jump for a better look at this Air Force 1 Low, which is available now at Premier.

While Nike may be more focused on the Lunar line for the latest runners, Air Max fans need not fret as the bubbly sneakers are still coming nearly 25 years after they first hit he scene. And while the Nike Air Max+ 2011 is getting most of the attention this year, its little brother the Nike Air Max Ultra might quietly be the best new Air Max model we’ve seen in a while. The layered design gives an extra dimension to the color set up, displayed here with the glowing green Volt color that has been a staple this year. You can debate who the best player on the Heat is, but South Beach is ‘Miami-Wade’ County. Dwyane Wade began his career there and brought home a Championship five seasons ago, so there’s no denying that number 3 is actually number 1 in terms of rank and order. The king of the Floridian city recently partied it up this past weekend for a charity event while rocking his signature shoe, the Jordan Fly Wade, in the South Beach colorway, matching his ‘Miami-Wade Country’ t-shirt. Check out the images of Wade and his Fly Wades below and let us know if you’ll be copping these when they hit select Jordan Brand retailers next week. via theybf.

He’s not one to typically just blend in, but ostensibly, that’s exactly what Jeremy Scott is going for with his latest adidas Originals by Orignals release. The Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Wings Camo is J.Scott’s latest take oh his most oft-utilized silhouette, the Metro Attitude once again donning Mercury-style wings as attached to its lateral eyelets. These joints go with a traditional four-color camouflage on the uppers plus blaze orange on the sockliner to finish the hunting vibe, and you’ll be able to snare a pair in just under two days thanks to the pre-order currently available from Caliroots.

The Nike Air Force 1 is synonymous with New York City sneaker culture, which is why yesterday’s news of the Nike Air Force 1 ‘White-on-White’ NYC Boroughs Pack was such a big hit. Here’s a look at the Nike Air Force 1 Low ‘White-on-White’ NYC version, which features the iconic all-white Air Force 1 Low with a simple Nike NYC tongue label; these are as crisp and fresh as a pair of Air Force 1s get, and instead of featuring the borough-specific graphics and details, these simply represent the Big Apple as a whole. These will be available in limited numbers from the Nike Sportswear Ice Cream Truck tomorrow at 11 AM, which you can find parked in front of Nike Sportswear at 21 Mercer in SoHo.

If you were creating a project with dual automobile and insect themes, you’d have to be working with something related to the Volkswagen Beetle, right? Well, that was probably the case until Michael Bay’s Transformers helped to launch the redesigned Chevrolet Camero in 2007, using the oft yellow sports car as the new basis for the OG Autobot, Bumblebee. And by this point, the inspiration behind Diversitile’s Nike Dunk High ‘Bumble Bee’ custom should be clear, its ‘metal’-on-yellow look something like a look into the future where ODB is resurrected in a cyborg skeleton to rejoin the Wu-Tang Clan. Clcik through to see some more angles and let us know how Diversitile‘s latest design compare to his best and the other custom sneakers we’ve profiled here on Sneaker News.

The fruits of Kevin Durant’s efforts during his China tour has revealed some sick new colorways of the Nike Zoom KD III. Sneaker News already showed you the Metallic Silver/Black PE colorway of the Nike Zoom KD III (more images below), but here’s a look at two new joints – one in a Navy/Orange colorway with orange contrast stitching, and a second ‘tuxedo’ version that could very well be a personal Nike iD design. It’s Zoom KD III mania in China right now, and we hope that his stay overseas results in some great upcoming releases in the U.S., like the Zoom KD III ‘Scoring Title’ that already dropped there. We’ve got some more images of all three new PE colorways below, so take a look and let us know which of the three you like best. via NT.

Though the release itself wasn’t a surprise with European retailers having already distributed their pairs over a month prior, the Kobe Bryant x Nike SB Koston 1 did begin hitting US Nike SB spots last week without a whole bunch of noise after that initial event at Nike Vault in May. But West Coast sneakerheads are in luck, as you’ll be able to head down to Paulie Shore’s favorite SoCal locale, where Paul Rodriguez’ Primitive skateshop will have the Kobe x Koston 1 on hand starting at 11am today. Click through to get a closer look then rush out the door and head to Primitive to grab your pair right now.
