Although Jordan Brand is recognized as a label independent of Nike, the two are still very much playing on the same side. Nike’s Hyperfuse material, which debuted in July of 2010, has crossed over to Jordan Brand, making its Air Jordan product line debut on the Air Jordan 2011 Q Flight, a lower-cut version of the Air Jordan 2011. Three new colorways of the Q Flight are set for a release this September; a classic White/Red/Blue ‘USA’ combination along with a Black/White version will be available, as will a unique nubuck-uppered version with Metallic gold on the outsole and Jumpman (perhaps a ‘Year of the Rabbit‘ release?). Check out all three upcoming colorways after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for more updates on Jordan Brand footwear for the remainder of its Fall 2011 Season line-up.

SMH..how does this have anything to do with the AJ1??

The gold reminds me of the YOTR. Picture some VII's in this colorway……might pop. YOTR "away".

May scoop em up from the outlets on the low but with all that will be coming out I seriously doubt ill pay some real cash for these in 2011.

My apologies sneakerheads, IDK how my comment got here, I supposedly commented on the AJ 1 Retro V.1 which it was referring too.

I still don't understand why the Q Flight is so heavy. The Hyperfuse upper and the 'Flight' namesake would make you think these shoes are light, but they are actually much heavier than the original 2011.

I think JB isn't showing the true potential of this shoe. I'd like to see some more colors like an AJ 2011 Warrior Pack type deal. These colorways aren't much to be satisfied with.
