Celebrity Feet: Amare Stoudemire – Nike Air Yeezy ‘Net’

Last weekend, Nike athletes gathered in China for the Nike Festival of Sports – a weekend-long extravaganza promoted sport culture in China and the world. Representing the basketball wing of the Swoosh were Nike Basketball athletes LeBron James, Amare Stoudemire, Chris Bosh, Tyson Chandler, and new recruit Kyrie Irving. Amare Stoudemire was spotted in Shanghai rocking the Nike Air Yeezy in the ‘Net’ colorway (a shoe that doesn’t look so high-top on him). We’ve caught Amare rocking some notable kicks before, like the Flint and Playoff XIII as well as the Cool Grey XI, but are these the best we’ve seen from him so far? not a fan of the first run of yeezy joints but amare getting it done here. first time i've really looked at these on foot and not thought they were garbage. all about the height i think. pity most cats rocking these (from what I have seen) are not even pushing 6ft. not a good look when the shoes looks like they're wearing you.

I wonder if the ones celebrity's wear are actually accounted for on that limited quantity or simply just made for them seperate from the publics quantity. For example. The Black QUAI 54's, Limited to 54 pairs. Yet Fabolous and DJ clark Kent have a pair. So does that mean to rest of the population has to share 52 pair's? If so. Pure f*ckery for TRUE Sneads.

Nah, he's just saying that it's not fair that us sneakerheads. Probably the most legit ones can't just grab shoes like that, because of the fact we're not famous. If I had to guess it's a different stock of shoes specific for big names. They probably make more money through that, because they can charge them all the more.
Jealous? Yea I'm super jealous of people that don't have to camp out for a week for a pair of kicks like a true dedicated Snead... I'm not jealous of the kicks because I have them... And I do care if celebs are handed LIMITED sneakers... That may affect MY chances of getting them... So thats me worrying about my sneaker game... People had to take a f*ckin vacay from work just to get a pair of Yeezy's on release... Now granted he's a celeb and doesn't have the time to camp and he has the money to pay aftermarket prices... But that raises a question... If these so called celebrity sneads weren't celebs and didn't have the money for ridiculous aftermarket prices... Would they have the collection they have today? Would they be on a grind to seek out rare and exclusive kicks? Doubt it... Im in no way hatin on celebs with a serious kick collection... All I'm sayin is I don't give them as much snead respect as the average joe... Call it jealousy... Call it hatin... I can care less... Thats simply my opinion on celebrity "sneads"... We can simply agree to disagree...
