The Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke recently hit Nike Harajuku for the second time, and the limited-edition one-of-a-kind sneaker experience drew in crowds of celebrity status. Becky, a well-known television personality and singer in Japan, got her Bespoke on, working with Nike iD Design Consultant Iz Mateo on a pair of Lows. The final product features a mix of pink, yellow, blue, and brown – a truly feminine combination of tones that Ms. Becky is certainly proud of creating. How can you tell the sneaker world has fully recovered from the purification that occurred in the wake of the 2008 global financial meltdown? Take for instance the increase of wild designs (not issued by Jeremy Scott), including a variety of animal print releases from all the major brands. The latest is a new Converse Weapon Street FSR Hi that manages to bridge the gap between timeless style and raw animalistic appeal thanks to the muted colorways that accompany these leopard print and furry hightops. Click through to get a better look at both pairs and check em out at Converse Japan.

When you’ve got an Ace up your sleeve, you always have an advantage. After Kobe led the Lower Merion Aces to a State Championship, he went to the University of the NBA, getting picked up by the Hornets, immediately followed by a trade to one of the biggest basketball meccas in the world. The ‘Aces’ colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe has been a tradition for some years, and next Saturday, the Nike Zoom Kobe VI ‘Aces’ will drop nationwide to an eager group of Kobe fans and Aces alumni. Check out the new detailed shots below and let us know if you plan on copping these! via SM.

Has any other brand collaborated with more sneaker companies than Disney? With tag-team efforts ranging from Etnies to Reebok, the world’s family media leader has covered all their bases (except for Nike), and here’s a new Mickey Mouse x Three Stripes collabo. The Disney x adidas Originals Superstar II Mickey X goes with the immortal Chicago-style palette and ends up looking like Kaws might have been involved thanks to the unique glove-shoe ‘X’ pattern on the forefoot. Mickey appears none too happy to have been de-torso’d, but the face he’s making on the tongue does indeed impart a bit of extra attitude to this design. Last week Sneaker News provided a detailed gallery of the upcoming Air Jordan III Retro release of the Black/Cement Grey colorway. This Black Friday 2011 release will certainly be one of the most anticipated of the year, which in itself has been rather impressive for the Air Jordan III. For those of you who need to be reminded, the year 2011 marks the 23rd anniversary of the Air Jordan III, which debuted in 1988. The number ’23′ conveys a level of distinction not only in Air Jordans and basketball, but in other sports as well. In a nutshell, you’d better be on your A-game if you plan on representing those numbers on your jersey. We’ve got yet another detailed gallery of the upcoming release below courtesy of AGS, so take a look and get ahead of the game by copping a pair now on eBay.

Rudy Guliani hasn’t made waves in the early Republican presidential runoff, but he’s gotta be pleased with 2011 because we haven’t seen evidence of very many Vandals. And regardless of your opinion on street art, Nike Sportswear’s relative lack of attention to the Nike Vandal High has left fans of the strappy hightop wondering when and if this model will return to its ’00s heights, NSW now commanding a near-infinite vault of classic models. Luckily, we haven’t been totally without the Vandal’s presence in ’11, and this new black pair reprises the clean material and colorblocking pattern in use on a Dark Grey pair that released in early August. Click through to get a better look and pick these up at a NSW retailer likeTitolo.

Outside of the Royal colorway, none of the other Nike Air 1/2 Cent releases had any true bearing to Penny Hardaway’s past. Of course, every Penny shoe that does release will be remembered by the Royal Blue colorway, as it serves as the unofficial litmus paper to any new sneaker bearing Penny’s name and logo. This unreleased sample of the Nike Air 1/2 Cent, one that Sneaker News first showed you two weeks ago, also has no real Air Penny connection – the closest being the White/Grey colorway of the Air Max Penny 1 that dropped in ’05. It features a pure white Foamposite upper with beige acting in the supporting role on the suede upper and the rubber outsole. More images await you below, so take a peek and let us know if you think this White/Beige color-combo fits in with the Air Penny motif. via stickie213.

We’ve been showing you images as they’ve surfaced over the past couple months, so regular Sneaker News readers already have an idea of the concept behind adidas Originals’ B-Sides Collection. These also fall under the adidas Consortium umbrella, and were brought into existence by that division’s new Concept Manager as a way of celebrating some of the Brand With the Three Stripes’ most outstanding releases over the past few years. For models like the BAPE x adidas Originals Superstar 80s ‘B-Sides’ and a few others, it’s a case of twisting around the original colorway, while the UNDFTD Top Tens are the realization of a nixed sample from around the time of their collaboration with Estevan Oriol. Click through to see more shots from each of these seven releases including the as yet unseen Kegler Supers and Micropacers and head over to Complex for more details on each.
