Nike SB’s release schedule isn’t the most straightforward database in the world, which makes these sudden releases that much more exciting. The Nike SB Dunk High in Anthracite/Gold was rather similar to an early sample we showed you back in January, which featured a gold outsole and a dark green upper with gold contrast stitching, so is this new release a redone version? The sleek, air tight look of the Vac-Tech upper has been finding its way onto a host of designs from Nike Sportswear lately. While we appreciate the extension of the pressurized technology, few models wear the get up better than the Nike Air Royalty Mid VT. The suction-like styling really smooths out the lines for the Royalty, and it doesn’t hurt that this particular pack also comes with the rare treat of rip-stop nylon. These two ladies colorways pack a huge amount of pop with their pastel soles, a serious departure from the typically conservative colorways for the Royalty. Supra has never been shy about paying homage to their sneaker forefathers, producing plenty of colorways and sneakers that borrow in one way or another from Nike. Well they may be taking the more subtle route this summer, opting to try and best Jordan Brand’s Countdown Pack madness for most “packs” of sneakers released in a year. Add the Henry Pack to that long list, a boot-sneaker hybrid coming in either a khaki canvas or a deep blue nubuck. This offering marks a nice departure for Supra, as these deviate quite a bit from the typical purely skate sneakers they produce. You can count Reebok among the group happy the NFL finally sorted out their little labor dispute, RBK now assured a full season for its last as the league’s official supplier. And the Vector brand is going out with a bang, offering a variety of football-themed models like the Reebok Pump Omni Lite pictured above. This Chicago Bears colorway utilizes the same material and colorblocking schemes as the 49ers edition, Daaaaa Bears also going with a grey wool on the tongue and underlay. Up-and-coming footwear label Chiv Culture has been steadily gaining popularity and recognition with its great releases of their flagship Hamachi shoe. The Nike Air Max Destiny is a new sneaker for this year, the latest addition to the Nike N7 Collection.
