The Nike Air Max 95 has dropped in a few tonal colorways over the past several weeks but this newest edition proves you can add a bit more color and still achieve a super-clean yet eye-catching result. These new Ninety-Fives block everything from the eyelets down to the midsole in a deep navy blue, bright red coming in on the tongue, sockliner and outsole. There’s just a hint of white on the tongue embroidery, but owing to the high-contrast layout of these shades, these come off considerably different than your run of the mill red, white and blue sneaker. Beefed up Lava Dunk hybrid release notwithstanding, it’s been nearly a year and a half since we’ve seen a new Nike Dunk drop featuring ripstop nylon on the upper. Perhaps Nike Sportswear was looking to make up for the absence, as this new Nike Dunk Low is completely covered in the stuff, a suede quarter panel the only thing stopping this entire shoe from having a gridded texture. Blake Griffin’s vertical leaping ability is so graceful it sometimes seems effortless, but this kind of precise power was built from countless hours of training during the hot Oklahoma summers. Blake has moved to a ‘cooler’ place now that he plays forward for the Los Angeles Clippers, but you know he’s training just as hard if not even harder, this new Nike Trainer 1.3 Mid iD built by BG32 in a style that’d match his home uniforms at Staples Center. The heels on these read ’Blake Show’ as an allusion to the reigning NBA Rookie of the Year’s coronation; will this new Trainer 1.3 prepare Griffin to achieve truly elite status in his sophomore campaign? Click through to see more angles, let us know what you think and build your own custom Trainer 1.3 Mid at NIKEiD.

Late last night, Sneaker News gave you a look at the ‘Zen Grey’ colorway of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 that Kanye West wore to the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards and now we get a slightly crisper look at the shoe that will no doubt be causing campout hysteria when they finally release. Kanye was spotted with the new colorway while co-accepting the award for Best Collaboration and Best Special Effects for his part his ‘E.T.’ with Katy Perry as well during his live performance of ‘Otis’ with Jay-Z. The ‘Zen Grey’ colorway of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 features the familiar grey upper with the filament green outsole and a bright orange/pink inner lining, similar to the Zen Grey colorway of original Air Yeezy. We’ve got more images of the Air Yeezy 2 Zen Grey below so take a peek and stick with Sneaker News for all your Air Yeezy 2 coverage.

The summer of 2011 will forever be remembered as the time when Nike Sportswear bred its first hybrids with a Hyperfuse parentage, and though this is the kind of advance you can expect to see repeated by NSW in the future, the super-breathable nature of Fuse material isn’t exactly practical for the winter. Applying Vac-Tech molding technology to this new Nike Dunk High VT Premium Quickstrike allows sneakerheads another new look at a classic silhouette. It’s the type of thing that’d save you from frostbite, but despite the Timberland-style ‘wheat’ look, their molded suede uppers are likely best worn on days not plagued by wet weather. If you watched the MTV VMAs, you probably caught Kanye West wearing the Nike Air Yeezy 2 during the Otis performance. Kanye debuted what looks like a Zen Grey like colorway of the Nike Yeezy 2. Earlier in the year, Mr West showed off the first public view of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 at the 2011 Coachella festival. And before that, he was seen in Kobe Bryant’s Black Mamba short film wearing a black version of the Yeezy 2. Stay tuned to Sneaker News for more new photos the Nike Air Yeezy 2.

Dwyane Wade played host to the Father & Son Mentor Camp, which is part of his Wade’s World Weekend event in Chicago, IL. Wade, who is a father himself, led an easy-going basketball clinic that allowed fathers and sons to hoop and around and spend some quality time. Wade was spotted wearing a new colorway of the Jordan Fly Wade – a White/Orange colorway that could possibly be a product of a Nike iD design. Check out Wade’s new colorway after the jump and let us know what you think.

Here’s a sneaker that folks have been foaming at the mouth for ever since photos first surfaced. The Nike Air Foamposite Pro ‘Dark Pine’ is just what Penny fans have been waiting for, something a bit more versatile to rock as Fall comes around. No shiny metallic hues or glowing greens and blues here, just a low contrast colorway with a hit of blue via the signature icy soles. Judging by the huge response these have been generating online for months now, we don’t advise sleeping in on the September 2nd release date. Be on the lookout for the Nike Air Foamposite Pro in Dark Pine at NSW retailers like Millennium and if you want to avoid that release date anxiety then grab a pair early on eBay.

While the Star Wars x adidas Originals collaboration may have died down a bit from when the team-up was first hitting shelves, the saga continues here as adidas is bringing it back after the initial string of releases, apparently taking a page out of the George Lucas playbook. The adidas Originals Superstar 2.0 shown here is inspired by the ice planet Hoth, manifsted in the cool mixture of blues and whites on the upper and the icy soles on bottom. These sneakers rep the Rebel Alliance side of things, with the Alliance logo on the soles and the obvious L. Skywalker logo hit on the heel. Nike Sportswear is about to drop a set of premium monochromatic leather Tier Zero releases spread across two classic silhouettes. The Dunk High AC takes on the Blazer’s bellied Swoosh and vulc sole, but the latter is standard on the barely branded Nike Match Classic AC. These two Quickstrikes apply black laces and sockliners to Iguana and Pony uppers, both of which come off perfect for fall.
