An increased reliance upon collaborative designers in recent years has brought the sneaker and art worlds closer together than ever before, and Nike is set to utilize some of this momentum ot benefit the Japan tsunami relief efforts. The Nike Graphic Studio Art Show opens today at 7pm at Compound Gallery in Portland, Oregon, and judging by the preview images we have to share with you here today, this exhibition is every bit the sneakerhead’s dream as, say, an event like Sneaker Con.
