When a Nike footwear product goes from sample to release, sometimes minor (or major) tweaks are made. Take for example last Spring 2010’s release of the Nike Blazer Mid AC, which featured an upper of 3M reflective and grey. This velcro-strapped Blazer Mid could have been a Full-3M upper, like this sample shows, but perhaps there were one too many changes that would deem this a true sample version of the release. When doing a quick comparison of the two, you’ll see that the released version (in addition to not being a full-3M upper) has a white midsole, patent leather trim, and black lace placket. The full-3M version you see here was never released, so check out the additional images below and cop this unreleased pair of Nikes at a great price from langox510x on eBay.
