NASA budget cuts be damned, we’re not done with lunar exploration just yet. Nike apparently still has their eyes on the skies, setting up for a sequel to the popular Nike LunarEclipse+ from 2010. The Nike LunarEclipse+ 2 bears a strong resemblance to the original in its overall shape, but picks up where that model left off with a midfoot stability system and a triple layer sockliner, all while weighing in at a mere 11.6 oz. We’ve got an extensive preview here, showing off a handful of the colorways the Nike LunarEclipse+ 2 will be showing up in come Summer 2012. that weird thing in the middle that they put in middle of this and the lunar glide is so wack. looks straight weird.
