Nike Running Shield Collection

Lightweight mesh uppers are great and all, but what the heck are you supposed to do when it’s wet outside?  We all know that the descent into the colder months equals nasty weather, so Nike Running has you covered, quite literally, with the new Nike Shield Collection.  Comprised of six of the Swoosh’s freshest running silhouettes, this set takes its color inspiration from the grey and orange combo that appeared on so many shoeboxes over the years.  Models including the Nike Free Run+ 2, Lunar Swift+ 3, Lunar Fly+ 2, Zoom Structure+ 15, Lunar Glide+ 3 and Lunar Eclipse+ have all been treated to special water-repellent uppers plus reflective materials to ensure that you’re visible even in the nastiest storms.  Click through for images of each pair and stick with Sneaker News for the exact release date on this October drop.  via EspionageKicks
