The era when skaters had to appropriate footwear from other sports is long over, and these days the latest from the likes of Nike SB generally feature a fair amount of specialized technology tailored to skaters’ needs. The newest from P-Rod’s line definitely fits that bill, as the Nike SB P-Rod V comes with a high tech sole featuring LunarLon technology. The varsity royal/black pairing seen here comes off as a sly nod to the J-Pack SB’s of yesterday, utilizing and ancient Jordan 1 colorway. More like the 2009 Mid J-Pack..hope we'll see some nice cw as the P-Rod1st and 2nd..not only for the iD designs..
