Bill Simmons can make all the 6-for-24 jokes he wants, but not a single Boston Celtics player commands the kind of international celebrity necessary for Nike to open a store in TD Garden in their honor. But that’s pretty much what happened when Nike Vault opened at Staples Center last August, a specialty retail spot that’s been home to so many special Kobe Bryant releases in such a short period of time. The latest is this dope Nike Zoom Kobe VI ‘Anniversary Pack’ marking one year of the Vault being opened, a black, grey and gold colorway that’s matched by an AW-77 hoodie and ‘Safety Deposit Box’ special packaging. As has been the case with each and every Nike Kobe release at the Vault so far, these are destined for an instant sellout; will you line up in the late summer/early fall SoCal sun to grab a pair? Have a look at some more images after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for the release date.
