On the heels of a closer look at the upcoming ‘Metallic Silver’ edition, here’s a pair slated to release about eight weeks later. The Nike Total Air Foamposite Max in this ‘Triple Black’ colorway is a fitting release for the Friday after Thanksgiving, though they’re sure to be up against tough competition on Black Friday as the sneaker world has offered more and better releases on this biggest of all shopping days, for several years in a row now. The ‘Blackout’ Total Air Foamposite Max last released in 2005 so there’s plenty of demand, but how will they stack up against an all-timer like the ‘Black Cement’ Air Jordan III Retro set to drop on the same day? I agree I luv both original colorways also but not for $225. I don't see these selling out at the stores maybe outlets when the price drops.

...these shoes are STILL ahead of their time.They were not well recieved by the public,upon original release,and still wont be.But,true sneaker heads know the history of this model...with all that being said,i cant see myself rocking these anywhere but on the court...pass.
I like everything about this shoe except the price.

Lol, all the less reason I could get them. Even $190 would be pretty decent, but Idk anymore doesn't seem right.
If you think about, the foams are 190-200 and they have ice bottoms, this have balck bottoms, you may never have to bue another pair. I can understand the 225 yes it is a lot but you have understand were the bar is set.
I'd piss on these so I can slide past them to get to the black/cement AJ3's. (how's that for a visual) LOL!
