Nike Blazer Mid ‘Yuka’ Customs By Sharp020

Sneaker customizer Sharp020 has, to this point in history, been noted for working with the Nike SB Dunk, but that changes today with this new pair that can be seen to borrow equally from two models separated by roughly two decades. The Nike Blazer Mid ‘Yuka’ custom takes the classic ankle-high Blazer silhouette and applies a red-on-white stitch radiating from the anterior foxing to imitate the late 19th and early 20th century Japanese military flags. This design also served as inspiration to the Air Jordan XII, whose ‘Rising Sun’ colorway can be seen as just a degree or two away from this one. We’ve also profiled ‘Space Jam’ Blazer SB customs here on Sneaker News; which is the best Air Jordan-inspired custom Blazer? via N-SB
