Jordan Fly Wade 2

How can you improve upon a Dwyane Wade signature debut that was Jordan Brand‘s lightest basketball release to date?  How about the Jordan Fly Wade II, a look for the upcoming season that may not even happen that utilizes a construction we’ve seen on other Jumpman basketball kicks like his first Fly Wade and the Air Jordan 2011 Q Flight.  The latter hints at a construction commonality as the Fly Wade 2 gets Hyperfuse on its side panels, which, combined with a LunarLon-cushioned sole, makes for a shoe light enough to live up to its ‘Fly Over’ tagline.  Click through to see three Miami Heat-styled colorways plus a simple black/white design and stick with Sneaker News for updates on these – and keep December 7th circled on your calendar for the Jordan Fly Wade official release.

  1. DominicD3 Says:

i like it better than the fly wade 1 but im still not crazy about these

  2. @Gmakhmoutov Says:

wtf? wade's converse weapon is back?

  3. da_man Says:

This is what the count down was all about? What a joke!

  4. @Gmakhmoutov Says:

    also looks like cheap reeboks

  5. yoo Says:

    Better then the first

  6. Alzy77 Says:

looks like they hired the same guys from converse to make the Jordan fly wades..

  7. orka Says:

The shoe itself looks poor, but that must be perhaps the worst signature logo I have seen from Nike/JB

  8. James Burke Says:

The red/white's and black/white's are both legit.. I don't understand the hate on these shoes. I think they're pretty nice

  9. icon status Says:

looks like they are still using recycled converse molds for wade

  10. Ladies Love Says:

These look like all the other regular Jordans on the market.

  11. dennis Says:

    mehhhh

  12. Jeremy Says:

JB NEEDS TO STICK TO RETRO's & NEW COLORWAYS!!!! NOT THIS BULLSHIT!!!!

  13. livethrufood Says:

I think they are pretty classic looking…I like them… but anyone out there know why they switched the logo?…that sideways 3 looking thing is kind of confusing….

  14. Krish Says:

its meant to be a "W"

  15. Black Lion Says:

    Starbury is back?????

  16. Comishna SnaxX Says:

The solid red looks okay, don't like the 2 toned ones. JB isn't treating D-Wade much better than their Converse cohorts. That new logo on the tongue is telling me that Wade is down with the "Wu"

  17. Ballistic Says:

Looks like a cheap knock-off of the Li Ning BD Doom!

  18. Colin Gavigan Says:

not that much different, but the breathability in the center looks nice

  19. Jerronimo Says:

not bad. It's something for the next generation. New signature shoes just don't have the same feeling as they did when MJ was breaking them out on the court in games. I remember I used to wait by the TV hoping the camera would catch a shot of the new numbered J's on Micheals feet. But this gives the kids today something to look forward to. I can't hate on that. I had my time. It's theirs now… Enjoy!

  20. lawrence silva Says:

the d-wade logo is the only improvement on this one.

  21. shoeboss Says:

    LOL

  22. Danny Holcom Says:

How is this better than the 1? I'm going to go ahead and repeat everything that's been said: sneaker heads that are 18 or older do NOT care about these new signatures at ALL! I agree that it is great for kids in the basketball world to follow the best athletes in their sport, and have a signature line to look forward to, but the Lebron / Kobe lines are simply superior. Superior in design, materials, hype, and honestly personality! These jordan brand athletes just don't have the same aura…which drives someone to actually appreciate what's on their feet.

  23. @ClapDouglas Says:

I don't even read other comments because I have negativity when it is unneeded. Anyways, this shoe looks to bring the Wade signature line along nicely. It gives hints of Dwyane's first Converse signature, mixed with modern style and technology.

  24. Lem Says:

Me too! I think it's a bandwagon mentality. Since it's not a retro the comments always lean toward the negative. Again, the shoe is a good look imo. Definitely a step above the first signature.

  25. marc Says:

shoes look ok but I liked the old wade logo better. I think Nike really messed it up just like Lebron's logo.. I hope the fly wade 2 performs as well as the fly wade 1

  26. icon status Says:

not true….you have some kids who will just keep crying for retros FOREVER!!!!…im glad to see some new designs…please leave the 90's alone…its OVER!!

  27. Big_Infinite Says:

horrible shoe… even thpo they look alot better then last yrs

  28. Big_Infinite Says:

hoep u dont mean da starburt dat was cryin on utube fa no reason… dancin wit his body all greased up on vasoline LOL

  29. yo yo yo Says:

    i don't see the difference honestly…

  30. Tweener Says:

They gave up on the Agent D3 campaign? Before he brought the ring back to Miami?

  31. Some guy Says:

What's everyone's hate on the shoe? I reckon it looks good. In fact I like every aspect about it minus the weird tire track looking soles. These shoes look amazing. So they look similar to some shoes? Every shoe since the beginning of time has been based upon a previous design in one way or another. And because of that similarity to another shoe maybe that's why it looks good? If anything you guys are just trashing a small lack of unoriginality and not the overall look and possibly outstanding feel of the shoe.

  32. Hauke Völkel Says:

where can I buy them in Germany? I can´t find them in the internet by kickz or other websites!
    They look very nice!!!
