No NBA? No problem. The Miami Heat ‘Big Three’ played unofficial host of the South Florida All-Star Classic Game, which featured two star-studded rosters in one of the most anticipated exhibition games in recent memory. LeBron James laced up in the Nike LeBron 9 ‘Cannon’ – a sneaker that released today at select retailers in Miami; the Cannon, which represents the Heat pre-season training session that took place at a military base, serves as a ‘warm up’ (or pre-heat, if you will) to the Nike LeBron 9 debut in the U.S., and you can certainly consider the South Florida Classic as a warm-up to the upcoming NBA season (if it happens). While this particular event had no bearing on any W/L columns, the participants, which included the Miami Big Three, Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Durant, Rajon Rondo, Russell Westbrook, and more, played hard at both ends of the court, leading up to a thrilling one-point victory for Team Wade. Check out LeBron James and the Cannons below and stick with Sneaker News for more recaps from this amazing game! via Yahoo!.

has anyone actually used these yet (any colorway)? If they are good enough to play in, probably worth picking up and holding on to for a couple of months to either use later or resell if the market is there
