Michael Jordan himself recently recalled the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls team as his favorite team of all-time, and Jordan fans can agree because that was the season Michael wore the Air Jordan XI. No patent leather low-top versions of the Air Jordan XI ever released back in 1996, but there was a sample Black/Red version as well as the ‘Concord’ that Michael wore back then. Then in 2001, the low-top patent leather joints did release in a few colorways, like the White/Red and White/Blue as well as a few women’s colorways. In May 2012, Jordan Brand will finally re-introduce the Air Jordan XI Low in an all-new White/Black-Varsity Red colorway; it features a tonal white upper with a black inner lining and a red outsole, and will come attached with a $135 price-tag.
