Air Jordan IV Doernbecher – Release Date

Yesterday morning, Sneaker News unveiled the Nike x Doernbecher Freestyle VIII, which featured six Nike models colorized by six young patients at the Doernbecher Charity Hospital. The mission statement of Nike’s long-standing partnership with the hospital is to raise funds for the charity by releasing the limited edition set of sneakers, and with the public anointing of the Air Jordan installment of each collection, Isaiah Scott’s Air Jordan IV design was the the most anticipated of the bunch. Here we have a detailed look at Scott’s design; inspired by the comic-book superhero Superman, Isaiah chose the famous chest logo for the tongue and included a Mars-like silhouette of himself on the upper ankle. The release date for the Air Jordan IV Doernbecher as well as the entire Doernbecher Freestyle VIII collection is currently set at November 5th, 2011, with a retail price of $175. These are alright but i just dont know what these will turn out to be a month after it comes out really is my worry.
I give the kids an A for creativity and effort, but it does look like something out of a flea market. I'm just glad JB didn't interfere with kids design. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have come up with something like this to sell us, because no one would buy. And the only reason ppl will buy these is because they r doernbechers. Ahh.... Marketing

The only thing that's satisfying about this shoes is the clear ice sole. The Air Max 95's from this collection just outweigh these greatly.
