Dave White x Air Jordan 1 – Available Early on eBay

Even if you’re a world-renown artist, you have to get a little excited when one of your favorite brands asks you to design a shoe. Self-proclaimed Jordan fanatic Dave White, who is well-known not only in the world of sneakers, but in the worldwide art community, got a chance to design the Air Jordan 1 earlier this year as part of the Jordan Brand WINGS For The Future charity, where 23 pairs were sold at auction. Part II of the Dave White x Air Jordan 1 has been all but confirmed, so as we’re patiently waiting for some concrete release information for the shoe, here’s another look at the Air Jordan 1 re-imagined by Dave White; it combines ‘signature’ with ‘signature’ as it features elephant print on the outer foxing with White’s trademark paint-splatter and star detailing on the upper, with a ‘Dave White for #23′ tag on the inner face of the tongues. Check out the gallery below and if you’re wondering what the asking price for the current available pairs are, hit up the auction from shamm12 on eBay.

Art belongs on a canvas!!! These shoes DO have way too much going on. They're garbage!!! They look like something a kid should/would wear. Some of us "heads" will go for anything ad long as there's some hype behind it. These are WACK (all caps)!!!!!
They really look unfinished without a swoosh
These must have come from House of Hoops London, what a surprise. The staff there are always reselling hyperstrikes under the counter. Footlocker should fire those punks, especially when they try to make $900 profit for themselves on a shoe they got with staff discount.
theres too much going on in this shoe
its called art work you small minded dipstick ... open your mind and see it for what it really is....ART.... it just so happens the shoe is the canvas...Sorry for the low blow but you struck a nerve wit that one there...
not everyone appreciates "art" in the same ways.. just because it's art doesn't mean he's not entitled to his opinion
Ahem.. before it is an ART you so prominently speak, it is a SHOE.
If i had the money, Id get them. Very nice Js
Not my style, too much graffiti on the shoe.
