Nike Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 Supreme

Nike Basketball just “re-introduced” the Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 in the Supreme build in four tonal team-based colorways, matching the metallic finish of the upper with a matte Cool Grey outsole. So what constitutes “Supreme”? The toe portion of the upper features a unique detail like 2010′s ‘POP’ detailing, and like the Supreme version of the Hyperdunk 2011, the Supreme Hyperfuse version offers the same top-flight performance, but with a visual edge. It’s a mere $5 increase from the regular version, so if you’re feeling these new colorways, Eastbay has all four in stock. Check out the detailed group shots below and head to Eastbay to snag a pair.

Nike SB Dunk Low Blackout Available

For many sneakerheads, the initial draw of the Nike SB line was the crazy eye-catching colorways. Those days have died down considerably, and we’ve seen SB’s take a more subtle approach in recent years. It doesn’t get more understated than the pair shown here, the Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Blackout’ whose nickname pretty much says it all. We’ve seen sneakers like the GR version of the ‘Entourage’ Nike SB Dunk Low back out from the blackout when it comes down the soles, but the Dunks shown here keep it one hudred. Get the full look after the jump and scoop them up now from Nike SB retailers like Premier.

Nike Total Air Pillar Summer 2012

The world you’re looking for is “$&$#@&”. It’s time to put your hands together and rejoice because one of the most desired Nike Trainers of the 90′s – the Nike Air Pillar – is set for a release (as if the news of the Speed Turf Max Retro didn’t excite you enough)! Arriving in 2012, we have a look at four possible colorways – the OG Silver/Navy and ‘Michigan Wolverines’ colorway as well as two new renditions in Black/Red and Tonal Green. The Nike Air Pillar was boasted an fiercely aggressive design, utilizing breathable mesh uppers with the full-length Tuned Air sitting above a multi-grooved outsole that promoted multi-directional flexion. These are just preliminary sample images, but we’re already liking what we see, although a release of more OG colorways like the Black/Ice Blue, White/Red, and even the womens White/Orange would be, for the lack of a better term, frickin’ awesome. We’ll led the pictures do the rest of the talking, so check out all four upcoming colorways below and stick with Sneaker News for more Nike Retro releases for 2012.

Nike Air Max 95 360 Volt

A bit over sixteen years ago, Nike Running released one of the most iconic sneaker designs of all time, a masterpiece authored by designer Sergio Lozano who attempted to channel some of the human body’s elegance into a shoe designed to keep it operating at peak performance. The Nike Air Max 95 was a smash hit out of the gate and has been around for most of the intervening years thanks to a consumer demand that has these near the top of the all-time list for retro releases. And while we’ve come to expect the OG grey gradient pairs in new accent shades, it’s always nice to get something fresh after all these years, but Nike Sportswear’s latest comes in the form of a design revision along with a huge potential for all-new looks. The Nike Air Mx 95 360 utilizes Hyperfuse construction for an updated appearance that allows the signature ‘muscle fibers’ to be colored in the same shade as laces, eyelets and a full-length Max Air cushion. This first Volt edition reprises the OG Neon colorway and should give you a great idea of what’s in store for some of the other beloved classics; would you rather have the tech-upgraded edition or the immortal original? Click through for images of the ‘Volt’ Air Max 95 360 and stick with Sneaker News for the US release dates. via lowtex

Jordan Spizike Knicks Pack Arriving at Retailers

Basketball will return to New York soon when Syracuse University tips off its exhibition schedule on Tuesday with a tilt at Madison Square Garden for the preseason NIT about two weeks later, but you know NYC basketball fans are really hoping to see a different orange and blue squad at MSG.  Take for example New York Knicks superfan Spike Lee, who’s probably going nuts as the best roster his team’s had in years wastes away in street clothes over a few percentage points.  Luckily, Knicks fans can still connect with the team’s essence thanks to this new two-pack of Jordan Spiz’ikes, each one cast predominantly in one of the Knickerbockers’ signature colors with black plus the other team shade in support of an icey outsole.  Click through so you can see more angles and then look for them at select Jordan Brand retailers like Extra Butter.

atmos x Puma Clyde Leopard

The Puma Clyde has enjoyed quite the resurgence in 2011, a comeback we should’ve seen coming after Sneaker Freaker commemorated the start of this classic lowtop’s fifth decade of service with a special edition book right around New Years.   After this came a series of collaborations with Undefeated and most recently a two-pack designed by Tokyo-based sneaker specialists, atmos.  The Japanese store is back at it again, this time taking a cue from UNDFTD’s ‘Stripe-Off’ pack for a new atmos x Puma Clyde LPD whose side panel Formstripes remain in tact, but who’ve had their signature gold foil branding removed.  That draws more attention to the Leopard print uppers, but a black leather overlay will remind you that these are indeed crafted by a German cat.  Click through to see more angles and expect these in stock at atmos come mid-November.

Nike Zoom Rookie LWP Memphis Blues

The Nike Zoom Rookie LWP officially hit the open market this past Thursday when the limited ‘Glow In The Dark’ colorway finally hit stores. Those who passed on this release were probably awaiting the mid-November arrival of the ‘Binary Blue’ colorway, which represents the classic ‘Orlando’ theme we often associate to all Nike Air Penny shoes. However, during the Nike x SC event over the weekend, Penny Hardaway was sporting another PE dubbed the ‘Memphis Blues’ – a 1-of-1 made for Mr. One Cent himself. It features a tonal royal blue upper paired acutely with a translucent outsole for the simplistic approach typically implemented for Foamposite releases (tonal uppers, translucent outsoles). Do you prefer the tonal blue ‘Memphis Blues’ PE or the ‘Memphis Express‘, painted in a vibrant red? Let us know your thoughts below. via SoleCollector.

Nike Huarache Free 2012 Basketball & Running

Although Nike Free didn’t officially debut until 2004, foot-form running technology has been the focus of the Nike APE (Advanced Products Engineering) team for decades. In fact, the concept that would later become Nike Free was born in the mid-90′s, around the time of the debut of the Nike Footscape. Another 90′s-born technology is the Nike Huarache line; it cut out the excess fat and created a lightweight package of running, basketball, and training footwear never seen before. This November 2011, Nike will combine the two iconoclastic design approaches by introducing the Nike Huarache Free 2012 Basketball & Running capsule, which combines the widely-celebrated upper designs with a sport-specific Nike Free-grooved outsole. For the Nike Huarache Free 2012 Basketball, expect two ‘OG’ renditions in the White/Royal/Purple and Black/Aqua/Royal; for its Running counterpart, await the White/Gold/Teal. All three will hit Nike retailers this November 2011, so continue reading for some additional angles and let us know what you think.
