Jerry Ferrara, or better known as ‘Turtle’ of the hit show Entourage, was spotted in New York City with girlfriend Alexandra Blodgett. If you’ve been following the show throughout its history, you’d be well aware of Turtle’s gradual and impressive transformation from portly sidekick to lean machine, but one thing that hasn’t budged is his gluttonous attitude toward sneakers. During this late-night sighting, Turtle was wearing the Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Loon’, which didn’t quite match his Black and White suit and tie nor his girlfriend’s figure-hugging silver dress. We’ve got some additional shots of Turtle and his girl after the jump, so take a look and let us know what you think. via Complex.

One of the primary causes of the Obsessive Sneaker Disorder is Tinker Hatfield – the legendary architect of some of the greatest footwear designs in history. Responsible for the historic Air Max models as well as the golden age of Air Jordans (after taking the helm from Air Jordan III to Air Jordan XIV), Tinker Hatfield is the reason why we’re afflicted with this sneaker disease, and tonight, Tinker Hatfield will chat live with OSDLive for some in-depth insight behind the most visionary footwear architect in history. Tune in tonight at 9:30 PM EST/6:30 PM PST at OSDLive.com!

Recent weeks have seen Supra shift from the color-themed packs that dominated the summer to sets inspired by their pro riders and most recently, a couple of collections whose names didn’t seem to suit their product all that closely. But with the unveiling of the Supra Sktyop III pictured above, the ‘Stealth Pack’ becomes a bit more reasonable of a moniker. These full grain black leather Skytop 3s are the darkest, and therefore, ‘stealthiest’ of the now four-pair group, and a speckled midsole has them standing out above similar colorways on the OG Skytop and Skytop II. See for yourself in more images after the jump and look for these now at select Supra stockists. via HB

Don’t get all excited by the ‘Black Swan’ colorway, this isn’t a Natalie Portman x Mila Kunis tie-in. What you should get excited by though is yet another killer release dropping this year for the unorthodox Nike Air Footscape Woven Chukka Motion model. They dropped in an Animal Pack this summer, but for those not in touch with their wild side, Nike Sportswear has been offering up a more muted palette as on the pair shown above. The mixture of blacks and greys sits well over the tumbled leather and woven upper, which gets a bit of pop thanks to the cannon color up by the eyelets. Take a full look at this Nike Air Footscape Woven Chukka after the jump and hit up SNS for your pair.

Nike 6.0 Dunks are becoming more aesthetically pleasing and readily available, so just as was the case with the pair we showed you in July with identical color and material blocking patterns, this latest release is sure to increase the percentage of Nike Six releases in the streets. This new Dunk High SE 6.0 goes with a black, white and Varsity Royal combo that could easily be seen as a reference to the Air Jordan 1, but unlike the OG ‘J-Pack’ colorway upon which it’s based, this new drop has quite a bit of suede mixed in with its black leather base. Click through for more looks at this vulc-soled Dunk High from Nike 6.0 and grab a pair from retailers like Eastbay.

One of the earliest PEs ever created was this Air Jordan IX created for Michael Jordan’s backcourt mate, the baby-faced B.J. Armstrong. In 1994, Armstrong made the All-Star team (in fact, he was a starter) and rocked the Air Jordan IX – an unofficial tribute to Jordan, who had retired from the game of basketball prior to the season. Just looking at the stats alone, you might wonder how Armstrong got the starting nod ahead of the three other guards on the East squad who had better all-around numbers than he did (Mark Price, John Starks, and Mookie Blaylock), but perhaps the coach was so accustomed to penciling in “Chicago Bulls – Guard” into the starting line-up and completely forgot that MJ was gone. In any case, these PEs are one of the rarest we’ve ever seen, so check out the extra shots as well as an in-game image of Armstrong rocking the kicks and let us know what you think. via phase2x.

The Nike ACG Air Max Conquer is a shoe that just looks better and better each time we see it. The first colorway we showed was a bit flashy for the fall season, with the subsequent black/dark grey version making much more sense, and finally the quartet here that really shows off how tough these look given the right palette. The air unit on the back end saves this from being a straightforward boot, injecting the Nike ACG Air Max Conquer with a bit of running DNA. Get the full look at these four fall colorways after the jump and grab them now from the Kix Files online shop.

A little SN logic: If you are from the DMV, then you like Foamposites. Wale is from the DMV. Therefore, Wale likes Foamposites. Wale was in “the city of hella haters” yesterday performing live (and offering a live broadcast of his show via ustream) at the House of Blues while rocking the latest Foamposite release – the Nike Total Air Foamposite Max in Metallic Silver. Wale, who is active on twitter, posted before, during, and after tweets from the concert while showing off an “on-feet” pic of his Foams (c’mon, we’ve all done the foot-in-the-air camera phone shot). Think you can rock these Foams better than Wale can? Check out the extra shot below and let us know what you think. via NT.

Player Exclusives are a love-hate thing for sneakerheads. They create a mental tug-of-war between genuine appreciation and the can’t-have-these factor, because at one time or another, we’ve all fallen into the trap indirectly created by the ‘limited’ factor. We’ve seen some college basketball PE’s sell for thousands, but with Nike Basketball and Jordan Brand actually releasing them to the public, does the mystique die down? Complex recently arranged a list of the 25 best college basketball PE’s of all time, which include the recent LeBron 9 College PEs to one of the first ever team-inspired colorways – the Nike Terminators made for the Georgetown Hoyas. There might some rankings on here that you might disagree with, so check out some of the top 25 below and hit up Complex for the full rankings.

Exploring the human psyche is a delicate matter. We don’t often get the opportunity to visualize the inner conscious, but instead resort to outward projections in the form of speech, attitude, personality, and so forth. Carmelo Anthony, Jordan Brand’s longest-tenured signature athlete, has been the subject of thorough analysis since the moment he was brought into the international spotlight, and for nine years, we’ve been blessed with his on-court wizardry that has led to a career worthy of the Jordan Brand standard. But what goes on inside the mind of a superstar? Jordan Brand presents Flight Lab 159, an interactive and visual experience that delves into the inner workings of Carmelo Anthony; located at 159 Bleecker St. in NYC, Flight Lab 159 houses an installment that depicts Melo’s in-game psyche – think Basketball meets The Cell.
At the exterior is a chaotic arrangement of exploding hardwood panels and Melo M8 sneakers, representing the Jordan Brand’s “Explosive” silo and inspired by Carmelo’s extraordinary ability to create havoc on the court. At the core of this disorder is a peaceful cylinder where Carmelo hones in on his inner calm, creating a combination of explosiveness and finesse that extends into the Jordan Melo M8 and expresses itself through Melo’s unparalleled game. Flight Lab 159 is now open to the public, so don’t miss out on this unique experience – full details on the exhibit are just below, and if you can’t make it, a gallery of images awaits you after the jump.
