It took nearly two decades to get an Air Jordan VII ‘Bordeaux’ retro, but not even a year for the colorway to then be copied over to another model. There’s plenty of the four pairs that led up to the AJVII in the Jordan Spiz’ike ‘Bordeaux’, so the colorway works out with some of Jordan Brand’s love of number patterns. Some have questioned if the tonal grey-based colorway could have been truer to the 1992 original, but you could just as easily argue that the degree of difference for each accent shade serves as both a nod of respect to that impeccable classic and a way for this pair to have a more unique identity despite its similarity to one of the great OG Air Jordans. You gotta respect these to some level. Don't quite understand why there are so any haters of these because we all know that the last batch of spiz ikes released were a sin and the only good looking spiz ikes ever are the cement ones, the fire cements, true blue, and the black and green joints. Idk why but these go hard in my book, not saying I'm gonna cop if there is other hear coming out around that time especially those metallic red foams or cement 4s but i actually dig these!
If the white base on these were grey or black, these would be pretty fiya... Forget the uniqueness, because the uniqueness in this case is UGLY
Good more people are hatin on this coz they are broken no more dow to keep up with the releases! Got to cop this reminds me of stewie griffin. Lol.
the blue on that damn midsole is whats really throwing me off, should have been all black. but i'll think about picking these up once they get the 3rd price drop that all Spizikes get after they come out, so basically I'll be waiting an extra month.
the colors are just too bright...the bordeaux 7 colors aren't that bright but they pop. they should've did the same to the spizike
