Sneaker News previewed three pairs of Reebok Kamikaze IIIs in late October and the pair that drew the most attention from our readers was a model that could be seen as a shade for shade copy from a Seattle athlete who reached the peak of his powers in the mid ’90s, but not named Shawn Kemp. Connecting Ken Griffey Jr. to Reebok feels like more of a stretch than, say, Swizz Beatz to Jean-Michel Basquiat, but the palette is strong enough to earn its fair share of looks irrespective of the connections. These pics fail to show the shoe well. I think the shoe is ok, but if all I saw were these pictures I would never even consider them.
