Scuffs and scratches are bound to happen with kicks. Nike developed ‘Tec Tuff’ to fight that ailment. Problem solved. Last year, Nike Sportswear introduced a set of tonal colorways of the Nike Air Force 1 laced up with this new ‘Tec Tuff’ material; visually appealing, rugged to the touch, Tec Tuff was the perfect remedy for what we call normal wear and tear for Air Force 1s. Nike Sportswear recently added the Mid-cut to that set, and changed things up a bit by adding a Light Bone midsole for some contrast (to some, much-needed contrast). You can find these at Nike Sportswear retailers now, but get you Tec Tuff Mids now from shoejocky on eBay.
