DQM x Vans ‘First Issue’ Pack

DQM x Vans ‘First Issue’ Pack

Dqm Vans First Issue Pack 1 570x379

When the Vans DQM General opened in New York this September, it represented a first in America, but a significant second for each of the respective brands.  For Vans, it was the second collaborative retail location they opened, following the OTH location in Montreal, and for DQM, their second retail spot overall after the original Dave’s Quality Meat in New York’s East Village.  Add a bit of fuzzy math into the mix and you get The General’s first collabo release with 96 pairs each spread across three models.  The DQM x Vans ‘First Issue’ pack consists of natually tanned monochromatic vegetarian leather takes on the Era, Chukka Decon and Mid Skool ’77, and you can see each of them in more images after the jump.  These’ll be out for Black Friday, and you can expect Sneaker News to reiterate that phrase for a variety of additional releases between now and then, so be sure to check back with us for more updates.  via SF
