We’re not sure exactly who out in Beaverton is responsible for the huge resurgence of retro trainers as of late, but we’d certainly like to shake their hands. The Nike Air Trainer SC II High returned in OG form earlier this year, the Nike Air Speed Turf Max is coming back next summer, and right now we enjoying a sweet set of releases for the Nike Air Trainer ’96. This oft-overlooked piece of 90′s history feature the all important bubbly sole, along with a higher hitting silhouette that was characteristic of trainers at the time. Check out the extra pics of this new colorway below and hit up West NYC to grab your pair now.

Good to see at least one designer at Nike knows what they are doing. Nice job!
Classic!!
Instacop! Had these in the 7th grade. Ripped the toebox playing ball and tried to return them to Nike. No bueno.
yo i had these in 3rd grade wowww
Had these back in the day when I was in college. Sometimes wish I could go back and re-live those shoe days. No hype-beast, none of that buying shoes to re-sell to rape people with, lastly better quality of materials used to make shoes. Shit is all fucked-up now...:-(
2012 keeps getting crazier and crazier!
My favorite colorway of this shoe! Wish the bubble in the heel was a little bit more inflated, but still, consider these copped!
They definitely downsized the bubble. The big bubble was one of the reasons i copped way back.
NICEEEEEEEE. CANT PASS ON THEM, COPPIN THESE
I remember these in HS.
