The low-top boom for the Nike LeBron won’t drop until this upcoming Summer 2012 season, but you’ve already seen the Nike LeBron 9 Low on Sneaker News before. Here we have a set of new angles of upcoming low-top counterpart for the LeBron 9, which, unlike the Mid, features a full-length 360-degree Max Air unit. The carbon-fiber weave panels located on both the medial and lateral sidewalls are also dropped in favor of the thin Hyperfuse mesh, but a number of notable details do remain, like the Flywire on the forefoot, LeBron logo representation on the heel and laces, and outsole traction composition (shown here). Check out the extra shots of the upcoming Nike LeBron 9 Low in Black/White/Grey after the jump and keep in tune with Sneaker News for more updates. via hoopchina.

The Nike Sportswear Hyperfuse campaign will continue next summer, as we get a look at four upcoming colorways of the Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse. While we have yet to see any OG renderings of the AM90 Hyperfuse (outside of the limited release of the Crooked Tongues collaboration of the Infrareds), these new color-ups utilized the tonal motif that seems to work exceptionally well on the multi-layered sneaker. Two-toned colorways seem to be the go-to formula for these, so expect more of that variety in addition to the four colorways seen here. Need another look? Take a look after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for more Nike Sportswear upcoming releases.

Jordan Brand outfitted freakishly athletic soon-to-be Hall of Fame wide receiver Randy Moss for the first half of his NFL career, but aside from that magical 2007 season in New England, you could fairly convincingly aruge that his cut from JB’s roster was as shrewd a move as anything from Bill Belichick. The Jumpman switched focus to other gridiron stars like Jason Taylor and Dwight Freeney, and have found a bonafide star replacement for Moss in recent years thanks to the upward flight of Houston Texans receiver Andre Johnson. So when we see a new trainer in the style of the Trunner series given the name Jordan RCVR, it’s natural to associate them with the Pro Bowl wideout. Two colorways of this new-for-2012 trainer await your click on the jump below; will you choose bred or black/white? via UC

We’ve already seen quite a few Miami-inspired colorways of the Nike LeBron 9, and some might argue that these, the Miami of Hurricanes colorway, are the best of the bunch. Green, White, and Orange has represented the city of Miami proudly for decades thanks to the great football program at ‘The U’, so these have more of a home-grown feel to them. The general release version won’t feature the ‘U’ logo on the tongue, but everything else that makes these certifiably a ‘Miami’ joint is there, so mark your calendars for November 29th when these hit select Nike Basketball retailers like MrRSports in Miami, or cop a pair in advance on eBay.

New Balance’s numbering scheme for classic runners is based roughly on higher numbers equalling more luxurious designs, and that puts the above pictured model in a class that’s right at the top of the list. The New Balance 1500 is famous for its lush suede and mesh releases and this new model absolutely nails the black/grey/white combo with a little mint green tossed in for good measure. They’d surely draw comparisons to the legendary ‘Tiffany’ Dunk SBs were these Swooshed, but instead they’re likely to be recieved on their own merits as an icey cool new NB just in time for the winter season. The lineup of Nike SB signature sneakers has been pushed further and further technology-wise in the last couple of years, with a range of styles picking up Lunar upgrades most recently. It’s nice to know that amidst all this, there is still room for more minimalist designs like the Nike SB V-Rod. This Paul Rodriguez approved pair gets its name of course from the straight-forward vulcanized sole that proves sometimes less is more. The latest colorway we’ve got a look at is this deep burgundy release, which opts for a smooth red velvet look up top paired with the clean white outsoles. Check out the full photos after the jump and hit up Concepts if you’ve gotta have these.

The Swoosh’s running shoes are precision engineered to perform well in mens and womens sizes, but when it comes to the Nike Training division, there’s quite a bit more novelty on the WMNS side of things. The latest example is a model that, unlike the Free TR series, has no equivalent in mens sizes, a notion that might leave some in anguish when they see how well the Nike WMNS Free XT Motion Fit+ has come together. This Club and Imperial Purple tonal study adds bright orange accents on the laces and heel to achieve that Clemson Tigers look that comes around less than its satisfying look suggests they should, and they’re available right now from retailers like StepToRun on eBay.

Dignan isn’t just a name associated with 50 year plans. It’s also about realizing in the here and now that the winter months are hell on your sneaker collection, and the time has come for sneakerheads to be sufficiently aware of traditional fashion so as to take advantage of the vast array of time tested winter-ready boot designs. Gourmet has been ahead of the curve on a variety of these boot-borrowing hybrids, particularly the duck variety, and their latest again pushes the envelope on weatherproof lifestyle kicks. The Gourmet Dignan applies a ripstop nylon shell that’s zipped and then cinched shutatop a sole that looks like it could have come from Nike Running’s Zoom Structure series. It’s one of the most surprisingly outlandish releases of the holiday season, a feel furthered by the unassuming and ever versatile grey and white palette. Check them out in greater detail after the jump, then grab a pair from Gourmet emporiums like Allike.

mastermind JAPAN doesn’t always collaborate with major sneaker brands, but when they do, it’s going to be black. We’re not exactly dealing with the most interesting man in the world here, but mastermind’s take on the immortal Vans Sk8-Hi does indeed apply some attention-grabbing twists to one of the skate scene’s design pillars. Goign with a simple black and white combo, mastermind alters the classic vulc sole so that it’s mostly black behind a white kickplate and the outsole reveals a checkerboard pattern similar to the one on this pair’s sockliner. It’s from there you’ll find the shoe’s signature element, a heel zipper that keeps these in step with some of the other notable collabos of Japanese origin we’ve seen in 2011. How do they compare with the Blazer AB or Air Magma Zip? Let us know when you click through to see more images and get with your Far East peeps now, because these are available at Bobos for a short time.

The Pro Strong model released as Vin Baker’s signature during Jordan Brand’s first round of independent releases back in 1997 recently got a retro treatment, so what about their other major star of the time’s go-to shoe? Eddie Jones’ original version appears poised for another run in 2012 after its last release in ’04, but this time around, the OG Pro Quicks will be joined by this model that mashes their familiar look together with JB’s contemporary design conventions. The Jordan Pro Quick sheds some of its likeness to the Air Jordan XIII in favor of something closer to the Air Jordan 2011. They’re closest to the A Flight variation thanks to the Flywire-reinforced upper but also lean toward the CP3 series thanks to a Podulon-like traction pattern. Check out the upcoming White/Red/Black colorway after the jump and let us know how these compare to the original Jumpman Pro Quick. via UC.

When it comes to the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star you can’t knock the canvas look, it’s one of those sneakers that has forever cemented its place in footwear history. With that being said it’s always nice to mess with the formula a little bit, and that’s certainly going on here. The front of the typical All Star silhouette breaks into a textured leather toebox, which also encircles the lower half of the sneaker via the foxing. The brown-shoe look is finished off with rounded laces and d-rings on the top end. Let’s also not forget that the canvas featured here is anything but standard, with a weatherproof coat applied as a buffer against the elements. Hit the jump for the full look at grab them now at the Converse webstore.
